The food is pretty good, but definitely grab some napkins. Worth it if you're hungry and the portions are good sized!

Outstanding meatball bowl!! Best Peppers in Oil I have ever had!! Being born and raised in Youngstown I am a pizza snob, this was great the outer crust texture was off a smidge.

I love a good meatball sub, so naturally I assumed by the name their meatballs would be amazing, but was very wrong. They were overcooked with the outside being tough and slightly burnt tasting. The sauce was incredibly salty and just overall disappointing. I threw away part of the sub.
The location was nice. Primarily a brewery with rows of small walk-up restaurants and a tremendous amount of seating. Definitely visit the location, but skip the meatball subs.

Good food, service is awful. Cashier pays no attention to you as you order. When you ask, rude attitude.
I wanted to LOVE IT!
My husband is from Youngstown, we love so many of the wonderful Italian Mom & Pop places back in the YO. I was in Hilliard & decided it was time! I had studied the menu several times over the day.
I placed a call in order, when I arrived it was ready. The customer service was lovely!
We had two orders of the Jim Trafficant’s
The meatballs were a 2 out 10 if you rate spaghettio’s meatballs a 1 out of 10.
Maybe it was a bad batch all I tasted was a meaty breadcrumbs taste.
The red sauce was unique taste, picture Skyline Chili mixed with plain canned tomato sauce. I prefer a stronger fresh tomato, garlic, onion & basil flavor.
The pasta was cooked properly, pesto sauce was good!
We also ordered the pizza named the butcher. The toppings & cheese were yummy. The crust was good, maybe more olive oil or garlic powder would’ve helped elevate the product.
Again the sauce, it was the metallic taste of a canned tomato sauce. At home I added garlic powder, dried basil a tiny sprinkle of sea salt and it was lovely.
To the owner, I fully believe I had a bad batch or maybe the cook forgot those important vital ingredients. If they were not accidentally over looked please consider the review and easy low cost modifications would help create the flavors to truly reflect the heart & love of the delicious food found in the Youngstown cuisine!
My husband and I were looking for something to eat for lunch and decided to swing by the market that the Meatball Mafia is located. We decided on pizza. We were not disappointed. Best pizza we’ve had by far since moving to Columbus. Loved the thick yet crispy crust and the amount of cheese was outstanding!! All they serve are 12” but they load the pizzas up that all I could have was two slices. Definitely returning.
Vindicator pie & BabdaBoom sub are faves! Everything is top notch... In the top 3 pizza joints in Hilliard area for SURE!!😎👍💕
Erika and grace are amazing workers food is amazing. The people there are some amazing people

It's a walk-up booth inside a market. Service was quick and I got a pizza with onion and banana pepper.
Overall the pizza was pretty good - you can anchor a boat with the cheese of these pizzas. I underestimated the density and cheesiness - you definitely get your money's worth. Massive quantities of cheese is not personally my preference, so if I go back I'll probably see if they can scale that back a bit.
I liked the onions they used - good flavor like the kind typically used on street tacos. Crust was a bit spongey, but firm enough and nothing got soupey.
I wouldn't classify this as like a craft pizza, but it's certainly of higher quality than like a domino or pizza hut. I'd put it between a 3 and a 4. Good solid pizza to take over the crooked can while you drink a few. I could see people who like mountains of cheese really digging this place.
Meatball Mafia is amazing!! I had their Big Fat Antnee and I was not disappointed. I heard good things and I was a little surprised by the size but after the first bite I was glad I got it for sure. I went to the location inside of Crooked Can and with a few beers, a great pizza, and the game on I can’t think of a better afternoon. I would try Meatball Mafia again, 10/10!!
Got the meatball sub and garlic bread with cheese. Overall too expensive for what you get, soggy bread, nothing special meatballs, no spicy option or good side sauces. No where near “food truck” . Wanted to like them but save your money and taste I wouldn’t get again.
