Puerto Rican Inspired
Piñon Pizza - 12" NY Style
Our pizza take on a popular Puerto Rican dish. Piñon is the Puerto Rican equivalent to lasagna, but with sweet plantains as noodles. 12" NY Style crust, impossible sausage seasoned with our house made recaito, sazon, adobo and fresh culantro (yes, cUlantro). Choice of dairy or vegan shredded cheese and topped with yellow plantains (platanos maduros) cut pepperoni style. With a side of our house made mojito sauce for dipping. Great for two to share.
Jibarito Burger
OC style Jibarito burger sandwich. Impossible patty seasoned with house sofrito, topped with tomatoes, spinach, Puerto Rican mojito aoli, sandwiched with two large tostones. Small side of arroz y habichuelas guisadas (rice and stewed beans). Vegan, vegetarian
Mofongo
Green plantains, fried, then mashed with salt, garlic, vegan chik'n broth, and olive oil in a wooden pilón. Then shaped, topped with mojo. With a side of caldo (chik'n broth), arroze & habichuelas guisadas (rice & stewed beans).
Picadillo Plato
Seasoned impossible grounds with red & green peppers, green olives, & raisins. Served with a side of arroz Y habichuelas guisadas (rice & stewed beans), and platanos maduros (fried ripe plantains).
Tostones Rellenos
Fried green plantains shaped into a cup and stuff with our impossible picadillo and cheese of your choice.
Canoa con arroz con gandules
A whole yellow plantain, fried & split then filled with our picadillo mix and paired with arrozon con gandules (pigeon peas) and side sauce.

Calzone Quad
4 small calzones - 1 cheese, 1 pepperoni, 1 sausage, 1 veggie. Comes with a side of house pizza sauce for dipping. A shareable starter, or a meal for one (or two).

Gorgeous local, friendly service, and the best vegan food I've ever had in my life. I'm not a vegan, but I crave their pizza, and they somehow NAILED a vegan tres leches cake.

Pulling up to this place really made me feel like I found something special. Everything was enjoyable. All the food we tried needed a little salt. A tiny pinch of flaked finishing salt would really be that final step into flavor town. The patio is enchanting and the people are very kind. They also have great

We had a fantastic time. Joyce was so friendly, and made our first visit an amazing experience.
We can't wait to come back, to try more of the menu.
