Customers beware! Bait and switch bills! Thieves! Today was the worst experience I've ever had with a restaurant. There were 6 of us all together. We all ordered food. Someone at our table ordered a salad and I ordered the nachos. When the waitress started bringing out the food, it was the wrong food. She went back to grab the correct order and still did not bring the salad that was ordered. He decided to just take they gyro she brought. I ordered the nachos. When the nachos arrived it didn't look appealing at all. I figured I'd still try it. I grabbed a chip and the cheese was cold. I didn't even finish the chip. When I asked that it just be taken away and off the bill the waitress stated they can't take it off the bill and asked if I wanted anything else. I politely declined and just wanted it removed. After everyone else had finished the bills were brought to the table and they were incorrect. We let her know and she brought new bills. My bill was correct without the nachos. The other people in our party got their bill and it was correct as well. When the bill was brought back with the card that it was charged on they had added the uneaten nachos to their bill and had already charged the card. It was a bait and switch with the bill. The waitress said she couldn't correct it and they'd have to come back during the week for the manager to correct. The waitress didn't seem phased by the situation and didn't try to rectify it in any way. We will never go back.

We had high hopes for this place as it looked really nice from the outside and the inside was cute.First it was pick your own seat which was okay. So we sat, but the second we got our menus the waitress asked us if we were ready to order when we hadn't looked at a menu for anything yet. She said she would give us a few minutes and was back with drinks within 60 seconds asking us what we wanted to order again when we needed more time. This happened like 3 times in a row.Then we ordered and our food took an hour to get to us. We were very patient and didn't complain. But the food was horrible, it smelled weird and I was afraid to eat it to be honest. We were really excited to come to this place and get some grill food, but we we're very disappointed.I hate to leave bad reviews, but this was tough.

Neat place. I realize Ohio Brewing Company owns this place, but your beer isn’t all that. Put some better picks on. Food was solid and the service was great! Is it worth visiting, absolutely! When it’s nice outside.

Small but nice place. Gyro was just ok. Bar tender was our waiter, it wasn't busy so poor guy made it work, but it was confusing when we walked in. My friend liked his reuben sandwich.
