Panera is one of my daughters’ favorite places to eat lunch and the location on Hilliard Rome Rd doesn’t disappoint. Our order is always correct and tastes fresh. The staff are friendly. Very occasionally if they are busy the tables are dirty, but typically it’s easy to find a clean one. When I was in nursing school, my study group met here frequently. There are many tables with charging stations and the atmosphere is generally quiet.

Went in to pickup an order and the line was ridiculous for pickups. All you can hear in the back was the manager complaining about so many people waiting for their orders and wished they would leave, “he’d handle them out”. After 15 minutes the manager came up and said leave my people alone they are making your food. As this was happening, the city of Columbus came in with a second notice violation, if they get another they are closed down. The manager was even rude to the city guy that waited in line with all of the customers to hand him his violation notice. PSA: get rid of the manager, everyone else was great and tried helping.

Dirty, young teenager employees talking and laughing and not taking orders, full trash cans, dirty tables, cooks throwing trash over the head backwards trying to make the trash can, whispering and laughing about customers… come on Panera… I know you can do better.
The posted photo was taken when only three customers were in the restaurant and this cabinet stayed this way as employees walked past for around 20 minutes. It was still that way when I left.

Traveling cross country with my daughter and three cats it was a good experience going to Panera bread to give me some chicken and rice creamy soup for myself and some good old creamy mac & cheese for my daughter. It was very good. I have to say it was quite delicious now I’m off to the next destination with my daughter and our three cats.🐱🐱🐱

Okay, I go to this Panera ALL THE TIME. There’s ALWAYS some type of nonsense happening. Today’s nonsense happened at 6:50 PM (Closing time 9 PM). They had one bag of baguettes left in the entire restaurant (how this is possible with the above time I have no idea) and chose to sell it to the customer in front of me. Therefore, no one could get a baguette with their soup in my party nor could we order any sandwiches that came on a baguette. It’s a bread company. You’ve got to be kidding me!

This was one of THE MOST disgusting dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. Found not one but two long black hairs in my food. 🤮 Everything is so unappetizing and makes me sad we have to pay $50 for this trash excuse for barely edible food. They are also walking around to tell everyone they’re closed and we need to leave. :/

I paid dine in ,the girl in the register just put the bagel from the toast without a gloves in the bag, I asked why not in the plate, she said no available plate right now, so my husband just asked plate where the window to pickup food and also the bagel is not hot , every time we go to Panera there’s always a problem that’s why we don’t eat often there’s coz the service doesn’t good enough

Speaking (well, technically—hmm, not). I’ve been a customer and a patron. Not sure what I mean by that either—redundant? Let’s ask Merriam. I’ll take it from today’s experience. For the fit: I ordered a M Unsweetened Tea & Chips. Yes, a bag of chips. This is my go-fuel until 12p when I meet my husband for lunch @ our fave. But Panerrrra (Hilliard Rome ESP.) this is the land of truth and dreams. While here for 30 mins or so, I’ve already obtained a biz card (check out Alt Company Realtors). Plus, I just heard two people in a booth behind me get hired 👏👏 Feista all around. Now, technology didn’t work in favor, but now I’m out of here bc of it and I can’t wait to do. More. Of. My. Job!! Thanks, Panera — you’re grating it!

Any bread/baked goods from them are consistently very clearly leftovers from the day before. You have "Bread Company" in your name! Don't serve me stale crap from the day before when I order lunch at noon! It's pathetic, and whoever is letting this happen should be embarrassed.
