I've had breakfast here on a recent Friday and a Saturday. It had a very peaceful and relaxing atmosphere both times.

The staff is great. Coffee and breakfast sandwiches are top-notch.

Had a issue with an order. I approached an employee, manager (I hope) Her name tag looked like KM or Ki. Later found it was Kim. She fixed my food, personally I think. I never stop at Panera but WOW. I will definitely be exploring this chain closer. I live in Marysville Ohio but the Hilliard location seems to have it great. Hope Kim is the Manager up here.

I talked to Madison and Kim about an order that was never delivered due to an issue with door dash. Both Madison and Kim were extremely kind and patient and helped me with the issue! Honestly great customer service from both of them!!!!
