Upon getting back to work, I realized they didn't provide the baguette or a spoon for my soup. I got 1 out of the 3 items listed directly on the bag. This isn't the first time this location has missed items or made sandwiches poorly.

This is what happens when Private Equity grabs a restaurant chain. Terrible food. The Asiago bagel wasn’t cooked or wasn’t a bagel at all. The cinnamon roll was turned away by an 11-year old. The associates are attentive and helpful.

Another place I only order a combo of 3 different things off the menu and they were out to tomato basil bread that's used on 1 sandwich. Bread bowls but they had them they were just for tomorrow I wouldn't have one now tho. That broke my brain you told me you were out but had 100's behind you and with full confidence told me those were for tomorrow. Makes 0 sense

Cashier was great. Young male sandwich makers acted like working there was a part of their punishment. Put all the meat in center of sandwich. Missing ingredients. All tables dirty. Way too expensive for less than McDonald's service, quality and environment. Don't recommend.

I just came for chips and a drink (I'm a sip club member). Great customer service from the cashier and the shift supervisor/manager was so nice. The lobby was nice and air conditioned. Nice atmosphere to get some work done on my laptop.
