Ordered our pizza at 9:00pm. Stated they would be here 30-40 mins. An hour passed, tried calling and no one answered. They finally showed up at 10:50pm. The driver was very rude, didn’t know what we ordered, brought us the wrong order. When we refused it, he said we can’t order from them again! That’s fine! WE WON’T! 😂
Just had a pizza delivered. Ordered extra pepperoncinis and extra garlic sauce and didn’t receive either one. I was charged 3 extra dollars for these additions. So I called the store at 10:40 pm, no answer for 20 minutes. I have a call log of 10 different calls to the store because they kept picking up the phone and hanging it up, clearly because it was almost closing time. This is the sole reason why I am demanding a refund. Not answering the company phone is totally unprofessional....read full review
