Horrible service! When I arrived to pick up my order, I found out that someone else had taken it. I asked them to remake my order or refund my money, but they refused and instead wanted me to pay again. This shows they only care about money, not their customers. Extremely disappointing and unacceptable!

Ordered online at 5pm for a 5:30pm pickup. Checkout changed the pickup to asap, which turned out to be 7pm. 2 hours to make a sandwich, called to cancel the order, but the store cannot do that apparently, so have to talk to corporate to do so... an absolute joke.

I've eaten at several Penn Station restaurants and this is the worst one I've entered! The sandwiches ordered were 95% bread with very little meat, cheese, sauce and toppings! The "hot" sandwiches ordered were warm not hot! The self serve soda fountain was not fully functional with a handwritten sign 'not working', and there was a broken stool with a handwritten sign 'Do not sit here.' I tried this place twice now: I won't be back. Owners should make improvements in food and facility immediately! It's a shame because typically Penn Station food is really good.

If I could give 0 stars I absolutely would. There is absolutely no redeeming qualities about this restaurant. I paid 13.98 for an uncooked chicken sandwich and when I asked the manager about it she refused me a refund and asked me to leave the store. When I went to use the bathroom the floor was soaked and there was feces on toilet seat. Needless to say I will NEVER be going back to this place.

I would give zero stars if i could! I ordered a veggie sub at this restaurant and asked the manager to not cross contaminate my meal, she agreed then proceeded to cross contaminate so I asked her if she can remake it. She then throws my sub down and says nothing so I asked for a refund and she told me no because it’s a waste of product. Worst customer service I’ve EVER experienced!

I went for free fry-day. I disclosed we wanted the free fries but were still charged for them. Yes, I could have asked for my money back but I feel they should have listened in the first place and then they got busy with only 2 people working.

The woman that manages this place is a piece of work. Come to find out when the heat wave happened last week, she told all the employees that the air conditioner was broken, well she had the thermostat controlled on her phone and had the temp set at 88. This woman has people children working for her, and this is not an acceptable. I have contacted the board of labor and the department of health. They have a chronic Pepsi fountain issue they claim unresolved vendor problem. Bad excuse for leaving the issue unresolved for so long. Bad look, reason why no drinks with our order.
