I can’t wait until tomorrow when I call the district manager to send over the calls from that rude lady there! Long story short I ordered contactless (but ring doorbell) delivery. The guy REPEATED the instructions back to me AND said he’ll personally make sure the driver knows! He thanked me for going ahead and leaving a tip BEFORE the food arrived. He never told me a delivery time, but, I figured this area usually ranges from 25mins to 1.5hr. I told my MINOR (10, 13 & 16) to keep an ear out for the doorbell. 1.5hr later “hey mom where is the pizza”. Guess where? Left on the front porch for OVER an hour without a doorbell in the COLD and RAIN! So, I called the story, the first guy asked my name then automatically put me on hold without telling me he was (I heard the music) then picked up & hung up. I NEVER even got to explain why I was even calling. I called back thinking my phone hung up. The RUDE chick that answered said “so what do you want us to do about it, we don’t ring doorbells and you hung up on the other guy”! I kept apologizing to her for ME sounding upset over this. I KEPT telling her how much I APPRECIATED her even talking to me. She then had the audacity to tell me to tell my KIDS “to heat it up” even tho it was SOAKED from the rain as well!!! Then said they will NOT refund NOR remake the order even if I leave work to bring it there!!!! I waited and called back, AGAIN asking for a manager and AGAIN being told I’m NOT allowed to speak with one because they WILL NOT do anything to rectify the situation. So…. I left work picked that soaking wet & COLD stuff up then RETURNED IT MYSELF! I turned around and left, didn’t say a WORD to any of them. Policy IS to ring a doorbell IF ASKE, I called THREE other same district stores asked the MANAGERS! WHO also was more than willing to remake the pizza for me even though THAT store wasn’t the issue!! Also why say “I’m sorry he should’ve told you we don’t, then STILL refuse to do ANYTHING?!. If I wanted COLD pizza I would’ve bought it from KROGER where it’s BETTER and CHEAPER! If I didn’t care about my MINORS eating TOXIC rain soaked food, I wouldn’t have cared that much. BUT I DID and I DO!!! I want to this be CLEAR by time I’m done with this situation, there WILL be new staff at this store AND they’ll ALL be educated PROPERLY ON POLICY! Cuz I HAVE TIME 💜

New set up , looks better inside. I placed an order over the phone and it was correct. The woman at the counter was super nice, I believe her name was Hannah. Thanks for a great experience!

I ordered the 7.00 special which it was a pizza with a side and got home I got 3 sides and no pizza. Called and the manager didn't do nothing about it. Won't get food from pizza hut ever again

This place is 2.2 mi from where I live and they do not deliver to my address, when I asked the guy on the phone he got frazzled and got mad and hung up on me? What a way to run a business you have a company that delivers pizzas but you don't deliver 2 miles like a two mile radius to where I live and I could drive up there you're right but I have a broken leg so I can't move but to court order a pizza and you don't deliver in a two mile radius that's real crappy what a way to lose business I hope this place gets shut down before the year is over

Ordered large pizza today (12/27/2024)…… picked up and brought it home…..,. It wasn’t the pizza i ordered….. however, the bread was burnt and dried, topping was like over cooked……, it had bad taste. Very disappointed….

I rarely post reviews, but this experience was disappointing. I usually give chains like Pizza Hut some leeway, but the quality here was unacceptable. The breadsticks seemed accidentally dusted with cinnamon, and the stuffed crust pizza was off—too thin, overly yellow, and tasted stale, like it had been reheated. It didn’t seem fresh at all. Definitely not worth the price.

So I ordered a personal pan pizza usually with no issues. I grabbed my order and came home and this is my personal pan. It's way over cooked and they burnt the cheese or lack of cheese and pepperoni. Very disappointed.

Ordered delivery, didn’t send everything I ordered. I’ve called them and been on hold for over 30 mins to get them to fix my order. After I finally got someone on the phone, they said they would be on their way with the stuff they forgot. Never showed up.
Edited 7/4 called the store and spoke to manager hannah or Anna not sure but anyway she fixed the problem and replaced my order, I’m fully satisfied now! Thank you so much!

Will not order from the Hilliard location again. 2 separate delivery orders...In February, I ordered from them, waited 1 hour and told my order cancelled due to driver. I called and they did find a driver and I got it 1 hour 45 minutes after I ordered. They emailed my with a code for a free pizza for the inconvenience, which was nice, but the code did not work.Decided to try them again tonight. Did not receive part of my order. Called and first person hung up on me, I'm giving the benefit of the doubt that was an accident. Second person was nice but they would only give me a credit on my next order. Would not refund money or just simply send the missing item. Appears I will be out that money because service has been terrible last 2 orders and I will not deal with them again. I suggest you either pick it up or go somewhere else.
