Literally trash. Ordered at 10, and order never came. Waited until 12:40 to realize they arnt delivering my food. This place is terrible

I asked for plates cups napkins didnt recieve didnt even recieve our two liter or silverware for pasta knowing they were delivering to a pool i even called and reminded them. and didnt even get an apology and didnt come back.

we just ordered a party box, paid extra for 1 of the pizzas to be cheese lovers and 2 of the piece were almost completely crust with no cheese

I just went up to the counter and waited for quite a while, expecting someone to come out from the back. Nobody did. I called out, no answer. I went to a cashier and asked if there was anyone working there. She went to talk to someone else and came back explaining that "she's on her lunch break." Ok, apparently they think it's ok to not have anyone working the counter at all. 3 people in line, why didn't they have someone there to cover her lunch? I asked "is someone coming to cover her lunch?" And she answered "he's on his way" He came up, asked "has anyone helped you" to which we all said no and then he turns around and walks away. I'm thinking this is probably a supervisor or manager and someone's coming. Waited even longer. Finally someone pokes her head around the corner, looks at us, and then leaves. No sign of anyone coming. I, and 1 of the other customers waiting in line, left. Very poor customer service. You ALWAYS have some there. I work retail and guess what, we always have somebody come up to the front to cover our breaks.

After a driver showed up and then left saying something about missing a part of the order I called and spoke with the "manager" Jessica. Jessica informed me that the driver grabbed the wrong order and was bringing the right one. I politely asked if they would discount the order since it was not going to be well over 25 minutes past the promised deliver time. The "manager" Jessica said "yeah i'll discount it" then hung up on me. I called back to ask for a manager and was told

After waiting over an hour for my pizza & wings, the driver shows up without the wings. When I ask where they are, he checks my receipt and says he will call the store then left. Opened my pizza box to find out my pizza is cold. Tried calling the store twice, got hung up on TWICE. 20 minutes later he is back with wings. Open the box of wings and discover they were buffalo and not honey bbq. Epic fail, Pizza Hut. �
