The food was good other than the chicken seems to be gritty but i think thats just Canes chicken. I wish they had better chicken i really only go for the Canes sauce anyway. The French fries are never crispy they seem under cooked. It is so cold inside the restaurant it had to be 40 degrees in there. Ended up eating in my car so I could warm up.

Might be under new management? Love canes in general but my experiences at this particular location have been pretty poor the last two trips. Slow service, getting orders wrong, and food quality has been less than what I'm accustomed to getting.

The food itself was amazing but they forgot some stuff as long with the drink being weird.

Parking: The parking lot is a bit small, but it’s a breeze to find a spot since it’s not too crowded.

Kid-friendliness: It’s kid-friendly; there’s nothing wrong with it for kids.

I visited this location on 11/25/24, had lunch, and finished my tea, I was chewing on the ice when a fingernail came out of my cup and into my mouth. I called and the manager said that it's not possible it came from their restaurant. I filed a complaint online asking to receive a call, and all I get is a generic apology about my experience email asking for info I already provided in my complaint. I tried calling but no answer. I don't think I'll be back to this location or maybe any since in addition to fingernail tea, the costumer service is nonexistent

All I can think of is how this place got so big without using a single fragment of seasoning? And then it dawned on me. " there's literally three ingredients to the store so how could you not make it successful chicken toast Fry's sauce pop literally the ingredients to consistently making money

The line was completely wrapped around the building and some, but they busted out some bomb food still! Their lines are long for good reason! They are always doing the best job when it comes to chicken tenders!!!!

Ok so we came here Around 9:40pm on a Tuesday night and the heavy set Hispanic with glasses was giving us our drinks plus card back. He then proceeded to say have a good night and we’re like what where’s our food he then began to stare at us, it hadn’t registering to him that he didn’t give us the food so we asked again and we wasn’t rude or anything all we did was ask him for the food cause he didn’t give it to us initially, so instead of saying oh I’m sorry there you go and y'all have a great day he gives us our food and says no need to have an attitude. We’re like what as he proceeds to slam the window and walk away. All we asked was for our food . Like we are never rude to any staff that works in fast food or that works at all. For him to be that rude about a mistake that he made is crazy. He might have been having a bad day or something but don’t put that on other people. Learn to control your emotions.
