Horrible online ordering system. Employees take zero accountability. Complete was of my lunch hour. This was the last straw after two previous questionable experiences at this location. I will not be returning.

Don't bother at this location. Took too long to seat us and then was ignored for at least 10 mins. After we received food our server basically ignored us. We asked for more fries but 20 mins went by and no fries and no server. No refills either. They were also denying table requests, we were told that a booth was unavailable. Unavailable...? The restaurant wasn't very busy. Won't be visiting this location anymore. They should shut it down and board up the doors.

Like most Red Robin restaurants, the food was excellent. The variety of burgers and sandwiches are awesome. This particular location was full of upbeat and welcoming workers. Our server was attentive and accommodating. With some Red Robin restaurants, they don't come by much, expecting you to use the little ordering tablet on the table, but we have the best of both worlds (attentive service and technology). This made for a great lunch date.
I arrived after my party had placed their orders. Upon seeing that I had joined the group, the waitress offered first to get my drink. I'm guessing 7-8 minutes before I received it. In fact, everyone else was served their meals. Upon placing my order, I asked for a small serving plate for onion rings that were being shared by the group. Never got it. Given the amount of time it was taking, I was ready for a drink refill. Meanwhile, my food was brought out by a different person, at which time the onion rings were now cold, and I again asked for a serving plate. I never did receive one, I chose to eat the onion rings off of the only napkin I received, which contained the silverware, you guessed it, I had to request.
Chances are I'll never eat at this particular location.
No, from what I saw, there were only 2 additional tables and two hostesses that possibly could have pitched in to help.

Me and my wife came in on Valentine's Day and it was just not a good experience, but I can say this that the manager name Rich was very nice and understanding and made things right and I think that he did an excellent job making things right for restaurant . And on the simple string that Red Robin and the manager rich made things right , me and my family of six will be giving Red Robin another try . Thank you rich 😊

The beginning of our visit was very well and the server was very attentive. After our food was delivered, though, it felt as if we had been forgotten. We were ignored many times. I paid on the table kiosk and hoped our server would return, but she did not. There were two other tables in our area and she promptly served them but completely ignored us. We finally had to constantly flag her down to get her attention so that we could simply get a box. We finally got one and left, but I am extremely disappointed in their service she showed us. The manager was very kind, though.

Did you know the employees are allowed to smoke inside the kitchen while working. This is so great especially when management won’t do anything about it. What a trashy place.
