Left Applebees because we received little to no service, came to Red Robin and received AMAZING service with great food, Thanks Rebecca! Yes, we were hungry, but we were not disappointed in any of our meal. Red Robin Hilliard never disappoints!

First time back in about a year. There’s been a lot of changes in their menu for the better. I took pictures of the menu only cause the food looked so good I couldn’t wait to dig in 😋 .
My wife and I will be back again

They finally have a great deal. Double burger, bottomless fries, and a drink for 9.99
They have the best sauce to dip fries. Campfire making the food 10/10

The burgers are delicious and very reasonably priced, especially with the unlimited side! The Yum Burger deal is an incredible deal that includes a beverage.

I’ve eaten here a few times over the years, and it’s disappointing how far the quality has dropped. The zucchini fries were the first red flag… they had that unmistakable old-oil taste, like the fryer hasn’t been cleaned or the oil hasn’t been changed in a long time. The side salad wasn’t any better — wilted lettuce, dried-out cheese, and a dressing that tasted off. It all felt careless and rushed.

What really bothers me is the price. They’re charging premium prices for food that isn’t even close to acceptable quality. I honestly think this might be the next restaurant to go under if they keep serving food like this — it’s disgusting and shameful to charge people this much for something that tastes this bad. Even the service felt disconnected, like no one really cared about the experience they were providing.

This used to be a reliable spot, but something major has changed. At this point, I can’t recommend it at all. There are too many better options out there.

Worst quality food. The zucchini fries tasted so bad like the oil they used to fry them was taken from valvoline across the street. Side Salad was so bad old lettuce, cheese and dressing terrible.

All for sky high prices. And the service is subpar.

Run away from here. It used to be mid before. Now it’s trash.

I would never recommend this establishment! I came in a few minutes before closing to pick up a door dash order. The cleaning lady saw me and still closed the doors. Waited until after closing and then proceed to yell and slam the door on my foot. Completely unprofessional and truly uncalled for, she should be fired!

Slowest service, wrong food bought out, never once asked if we would like refills. We had to track down waitstaff for items missed and drinks.

Visited in between games for a soccer tournament. Service was very attentive and food came out correct and quick! It didn't hurt that both NFL games (for a house divided 😂) were on and in perfect view of our table, haha

Had a great time being taken care of by friendly and helpful staff, and was served some delish burgers!
I especially recommend trying the Big Yum special they have going on! TOP NOTCH!
