I used to love this location a lot because they made the cheese maniac calzones better than any of the other locations in my area. Unfortunately, my last two orders were not made properly. I ordered extra cheese, (3X extra fresh mozzarella, 3 times extra shredded cheddar cheese, and extra Romano). The last time I was here besides today, my order was not made properly because I didn’t get any extra cheese at all. I just figured maybe someone new made it and hopefully it was just a one time mess up. Today I decided to give it a second chance & ordered the same thing as before. Once again, I paid for a lot of extra cheese and didn’t get it. In the past when it was made properly, many times the cheese is coming out of the calzone as it is supposed to with extra cheese, but these last two orders cheese wasn’t even visible outside of the calzones and they hardly had any cheese inside! Please get back to the great service you provided before with order accuracy and at least give the customers what they paid for. Food still tasted delicious, but just wished it was made right. Thanks.

IT'S ALWAYS BURNT. Every time. What amazes me the most is the management and employees have no problem serving this to the public. I've ordered periodically for lunch over the last two years and it's always burned. Who wants burned pizza? It has NEVER looked like the pictures on the website or television. Avoid this location. They just don't seem to get it. It's also disgusting inside. Holy Health Department, where are you?

I have been buying pizzas from here for years. I play pool multiple days a week at bankshot. The vast majority of the time it's a decent deal and good food. Lately.. since earlier this year.. no matter what is ordered via app is incorrect. Let me ask, does this look like a 614 pie? I asked the staff and they swear it is. I Like their pizza overall when it's made correctly. App orders should not change the pre made pizza.

I placed an order with the new app online and it got messed up on the app called and talked with someone and got it fixed. My pizza was delivered and the original pizza got delivered so I didnt think anything of it. Got a knock on my door and the pizza I called to fix got delivered. GREAT Customer service didnt even have to call

The reason why I love this place it is for its sauce me and my kids love their pizza. We have to travel almost 30 minutes away to get their pizza because we fell in love with it. Everything I leave their I spend around 60 to 80 dollars a time. This is me and my family hard earned money we didn't have but choose to spend it on your establishment. This is the second time I picked up my order the sauce which we loved about this place is nonexistent the pizza is dry,burnt and the crust is so big you can't taste nothing but dry burnt dough. I don't want to give up on this place because this is the only place me and my kids always agree with but I can't keep spending so much money on pizza that we can't enjoy and little ceasers is right down the road for cheaper and at this point better quality. Please take care of your brand and reputation because we love you Romeo and don't want you to become a distant memory.

Probably the worst experience I’ve had here :-( I placed an order at 7:32pm with an estimated delivery of 8:07pm. The driver didn’t arrive until 8:24pm, and the order was completely wrong. Both the driver and I called the store, and they promised the correct order would be sent within 10 minutes.
By 8:54pm, another driver showed up — but instead of the full order, I was handed just rock-solid, stale cinnamon sticks. Still no pizza. The driver apologized and said he’d call it in again.
My pizza finally showed up at 9:15pm — nearly two hours after ordering. I paid over $30, for pizza & cinnamon sticks; and while the food eventually arrived, the experience was extremely frustrating, especially being 24 weeks pregnant and having not eaten all day.
For the record, everything is documented on our Blink camera, so the timeline and deliveries are clear.
I do want to add: both drivers were very polite and kind. The issue wasn’t with them — it was with the store’s handling of the order. Management really needs to address how orders are being prepared and double-check accuracy before sending them out.

The service was friendly and the food was delicious! I don't order pizza very often because I work in the pizza industry. After looking at it and smelling it day in and day out, I'm usually like, let's get anything but pizza. I'm so glad I agreed to getting Romeo's pizza last night! I definitely would recommend their dantes peak pizza. When I do cave to pizza, it will definitely be Romeo's!
