We have a really good experience tonight, my kids and I come for dinner and our server Misha, (I think that's her name) treat us really nice respectfully, kind and attentive. Thank you Misha, you did a really good job!!!

Worst takeout of any place on the Hilliard Rome strip. There’s always about a 95% chance your order will be wrong. I know to check the order every time I’m picking up cause there’s always a mistake. The timing system is always very off, You’ll order and it will tell you 30 minutes and then five minutes later you get a five minute till ready text. But even that’s not consistent because you’ll be sitting there you’ll get the five minute text, But you’ll never get a confirmation that it is done. The guy who works the takeout is always for sure to miss something. Wish had a different location near.

I have always had good previous experiences at this location, but last night, the food could not be warmed up. My dumpster tots came out in less than a minute and were actually cold...and a small portion size. I asked for new ones, they came out in the much larger normal portion size, but they too were cold. I asked them to be made fresh, and they came out again in the smaller portion size. And even though they were a bit warmer, they were freezer burnt, not hot, and tasted undercooked. The ham and swiss sub i ordered came out, and my first bite the meat was luke warm at best. My second bite on the other side...the meat was actually cold...like it came out of a refrigerator. How they were able to get the swiss cheese to meltnon cold meat is a huge curiosity to me. I was extremely disappointed. The restaurant was very busy, which i am sure contributed to the poor food quality, that when everyone is complaining and sending orders back to be remade, then thw kitchen is only going to get more backed up. I will never make the mistake of going there when they are busy again.

Me and my girlfriend went to get food because we were hungry, shes pregnant and she was craving roosters. The food was good until I realized my chicken was really chewy but I didn’t think nothing of it until I was on my last wing and was putting them into a Togo box, when I stabbed into it with a fork I noticed it was really squishy and I knew as soon as I stabbed it, it was raw and it looked like they tried to cover it up with so much sauce because when I cut it in half it was just white and clear. We don’t like complaining because I myself am a server but that’s just not okay, When I told one of the servers they took 2 dollars off not even the wings that were raw. We still left a 20% tip and stuff because it wasn’t the servers fault but at the same time the only thing our server brought us was our drinks and one refill, Just not a good experience over all, would not recommend. But if you do decide to go Mae sure your food is cooked like I should’ve made sure. I threw up as soon as I left the dining room because my stomach was hurting instantly. Update 5:22p.m. I have food poisoning now, I waited to post this after a couple hours to see if I got sick and now I am.
