A lot of the reviews seem to be hit or miss, with many of them having problems with service. May I remind one that much of an experience is up to oneself and one's attitude. The tea here is the same mediocre variety available at most bubble tea chains, and not particularly worth a second visit when other options are available, but the atmosphere and location make it a great mainstay for anyone within walking distance.
I came here multiple times now, and today I had the chance to customize my drink it turned out amazing, and I was satisfied with my drink. I would also thank the lady who served me my drink she was welcoming and a good communicator
