A lot of the reviews seem to be hit or miss, with many of them having problems with service. May I remind one that much of an experience is up to oneself and one's attitude. If the food is good then the food is good! And boy was this boba good! The worker went out of her way to ensure that we had a good experience when they ran out of tapioca pearls (it was near closing time) and offered to supplement with their other add ins at no additional cost.
