Rusty Bucket Restaurant and Tavern

Our server Sydney was excellent!!! Food came fast and was just what we expected - thank you!

We 5 friends gathered after 2 years apart. We laughed, dined on scrumptious meals and so enjoyed the atmosphere. What a treat Thank you.

I had the lunch Duo with French onion soup and the double nickel salad. Everything was very tasty, and our server was EXCELLENT!!

We went during the osu game and it wasn't super busy but our server, Grant, was wonderful! Food was exactly what we ordered and tasted great, drinks were cold and a good selection! We love our neighborhood bucket!

Rusty Bucket is one of our 6-year-old grandson's favorite restaurants. We were here with him, and all three of us loved our food. The servers were helpful and friendly.

Service was extremely slow at 6:30pm. An hour after we placed our order the Server brought out my salad that was missing the chicken I ordered. The other salad had a cup on the side for dressing but it was empty. Asked for ketchup for fries twice and we were given 2 empty bottles. Server was a little snarky with some of her comments-which was very off putting. We sat in the main dining area. We have never had bad service when sitting in the bar area- so this was disappointing.

Our server , John, was the best server we've had maybe ever. As a family, we often celebrate our birthdays and anniversaries at various restaurants. This was our first time at Rusty Bucket in Hilliard. John went above and beyond to meet our expectations. It's great to see a young person in the service industry not only do their job, but excel at it. Again, big props to him and your chef for a great dining experience!

This place was recommended by the hotel we were staying in.
The soup was amazing. Salad was good, but heavy on dressing ( need to remember to ask for dressing on the side).

I did not have a positive experience- the GM called me on a SUNDAY night to apologize & offered to make things right. I was not expecting that but I know they are TOP NOTCH, so never surprised by surpassing expectations! I dine at RB once per week, so I am very happy.

Good drinks, good service, they accidentally forgot the kids meal. It happens, this is the first time that has happened
