My bacon burger was really good and the fries were nice and hot this time. The cheesecake was actually really good.

Came here based on recommendations , claiming to have one of the best buffalo chicken sandwiches in the city , was left disappointed there was no heat to the sandwich and barely any sauce a handful of fries for $15 this sandwich is way over priced and sub par in quality I definitely won’t be going out of my way to return here , nice size parking lot and it was full so people seem to like it however I’m highly disappointed with it

The burgers are so good! Juicy and delicious.. And the fries are just out of this world as long as they're hot and fresh. I would have loved to give a 5 star review but service has been iffy a couple times. This one female waitress we had one time was pretty bad. The food took over an hour to get and when the food came out, it wasnt fresh. Not that it's her fault but atleast an acknowledgement would've been nice. And no drink refills, no checking on us. But the last time we went, the service was outstanding, like 200% good, so it made up for the bad. Overall though it's a great restaurant.

Overall, I'm not impressed to want to come back. Burgers are good. Onion rings are just boring and plain. The season fries are nothing to say anything about. Sweet tea wasn't even that good. French Onion soup is the first time trying it; it was good for my first time. My waitress was good. She help stopped me from over ordering like I do. I do like how amazing the bathroom was set up. That impressed me the most.I ordered...- French Onion Soup- Just for Kiddos: Sliders with bacon and season fries- Onion RingsDietary restrictions: They allow you to order off the kids menu if you have a medical problem with eating adult portions.Kid-friendliness: Kid's menu and optionsWheelchair accessibility: They have tables. The only negative problem I see is how many doors you have to get through to get inside.

Thought my meal here was pretty average. Decent burger, fries, and pizza. Very long wait.

Reservations are the way to go. We got in and sat down quickly. That was about where the good bits end. We had to ask for a kid's menu (never got it before just using the menu on Google). Thought, okay, they are busy. The waitress was clearly having a bad night.Eventually we got to order appetizers and had our fried pickles thrown on our table in passing. (Used to be best friend pickle spears in town. Bland)We waited a while till we could order our food. My partner noted several tables around us get checked on while we were ignored. One table next to us sat down after us (had ordered more food than us of equal difficulty) got their food before us and even got an apology from the waitress for the food coming out in the wrong order.By the time our food came out, it was, predictably, not hot anymore. Our kid dropped his fork on the ground and before we had a chance to ask for another the waitress was gone again. The chicken Parm was pretty sad. Very bland, almost burnt chicken, next to no sauce but for only 10 noodles, I guess you don't need that much.My kid, who is obsessed with spaghetti, did not like it, saying it tasted weird. It did.My partner's sandwich wasn't hot either. If I had the spoons and thought there wouldn't be drama, I would absolutely have talked to the manager. But nowadays, no one can ask for a manager without being judged as a "Karen", legit concerns or not. Took the food home. I can dress it up and fix it. For what I paid, I'm pretty salty.

We eat here somewhat regularly. We just stopped by for dinner. People were leaving in droves. Maybe happy hour just ended? There were literally more empty tables than tables in use but we were told there was a 45 minute wait. For what? We left. There is no shortage of restaurants here.

We went there for the fish, ambience, and better (sit down) service than what we would get if we ate, say at Culver's or McDonald's fast food. The server was very curt and abrupt. Was she just having a bad day? We tried to be understanding. My food came and fish was good, but onion rings soggy and not crispy. Not the quality of food I was expecting for Rusty Bucket. My husband ordered the fish sandwich with a side of sweet potato fries (an up charge), but his food came with just the sandwich. Server assured us that sweet potato fries were coming. After a while, my husband still hasn't received the sweet potato fries, the server comes back and says it's the kitchen's fault. She also says she's going to comp the meal my husband ordered. Later on she lays the bill down, now clearly more engaging and slightly better attitude (was this because it was time to pay and get a tip?). She then explains that she comped the sweet potato fries that arrived after my husband finished his sandwich. BUT what she comped was the up charge and not the whole meal. Ok, guess we still got the sandwich, still ridiculous though. So what I thought was going to be a better fish dinner turned out to be a dud and not at all worth it. When you spend more than $100 for dinner, you expect a little more of everything. Safe to say it'll be a while, or maybe never, before we return. Do better Rusty Bucket!
