Ordered the "Classic" which consisted of 3 eggs cooked to order, 2 sausage (or bacon) , cubed potato pieces and 2 full size pancakes for $13; plus a coffee.Nothing at all stands out about this meal except the waitress was excellent. The ambience was typical of a breakfast place. And I was very hungry just coming off a 15hr fast 15 before a morning blood test.Good news is the eggs were cooked almost perfectly for an over easy order... slightly overcooked. The pancakes, although large were dry and peeled apart. Perhaps they were made in large batches and added to any order requiring them. The same goes for the sausage; tasty enough but when cut with a knife the skin was tough and wouldn't cut easily. The potatoes were cubed but dry, probably precut and frozen, or from a large batch prepared hours in advance.Inflation aside, this dish was not worth the $13 cost and advisable for only those who enjoy bland, lifeless cuisine

First time here to this particular location came on Thursday afternoon for lunch wasn't very busy when we arrived. Was extremely disappointed and let down by the food that was given to us my food was so unpleasant not flavorful My home fries tasted like frozen potatoes my food was ice cold thrown together with no care in making my meal ask for my toast to be well done extra butter didn't receive that but no biggie but after this experience I definitely would never return here. On a positive note the service that we received from our waitress was great.

I took my wife there for lunch on Monday, 2/19/2024. They seated us by the front door .Anytime someone came in or left, we were hit with very cold air. Prior to this, my wife and I had been sick for weeks with covid. When we asked to be moved, we were told now. Finally, they did move us but totally forgot about any service to us. They had ample staff, but after they moved us, there was no service. I will give Britany a shout-out. She saw that we had been sitting for 15 minutes and started helping us. I will never set foot in there again. So many other great restaurants in Hilliard.

Ordered a $70 order for pickup. When we arrived we were given 1 bags. We asked the hostess was this everything. Her answer. "it should be". Well we were missing most of the order. When she went to tell manager his demeanor at first was that we were scamming until he saw only one bag. He then went back to work on order. As this was going on another customer came back in with a bag. I watched as they took the bag back to their counter. Then brought that very same bag out to us. I was like I am not taking food that you gave out to someone else who left the building with it. They actually tried to deny that they just did, but I watched the entire thing unfold!!! The hostess then had the nerve to ask why we were upset??? Ummm you tried to give us good that was outside of the store with someone else?? Unacceptable!! In the end the manager remade our entire order and was very apologeticWe know places make mistakes. But the way it was initially handled was completely wrong and unacceptable. My son loves this place and was extremely upset how they treated us. After the managers apology he said he may be back. As for me. My first time scrambler experience. Will never happen again for me

Service did not improve. It was cleanish. Food was ok... it was breakfast. Maybe there were too many servers because they kept hanging out in the kitchen. It's fine. Not great!!!! Horrible service or plainly lack of. We were not intending on spending an hour for a quick breakfast.
