Potatoes came out cold, the French toast was just okay, but the OJ and coffee hit the spot. Overall, this brunch place feels average—definitely had better, and I've had worse.

Food was definitely reheated the filling in the pancakes was liquid and absorbed into the pancakes themselves. Staff was not attentive and took a long time to receive our check and for her to return after cashing us out.

You can tell they are not making some things to order. Cubed potatoes had to been sitting under a warmer for hours before served, kids pancakes were tough like they were pre-made for service. Sad considering they were dead
Watched other tables with simple orders wait 5+ minutes to get their food after others at their table were served.
Servers stand near seated customers and gossip, no manager presence at all.

Went to lunch here with my daughter and we had a wonderful visit. It was slow so the wait staff was able to chat with me while I waited for my daughter. Reasonably priced with delicious food. Who could ask for any more. Top Notch
The food here is solid. However, it appears to be ran entirely by teenagers. I’m not sure if anyone else has noticed, but Gen Z is cooked. Anyway, I digress. They don’t seem to have a very organized system in place. They gave the incorrect hashbrowns, which is fine. They replaced it without me saying anything. Then the person forgot to bring the toast I asked for, which I just let go.
We had our waitress drop off the check after a pretty average experience; leaning towards above-average. She never came back. After 20-25 minutes of no one and making sure the bill and card were very visible, we went up front and told them I’d like to pay. They then gave a non-apology and made an excuse for her that she was helping a large party. Okay? Then you either go take care of us first, or pass it off to someone to take care of us. You don’t leave your table for about half an hour right after you drop the check off…
I don’t want an apology. I’m just giving feedback that yall need some leadership changes or better organizing. That’s unacceptable stuff tbh.
Will be going to a diff location since the food here is very good, but they are hopefully running a better business. They mean well, but mediocre service to that level is worth mentioning.

We have been to multiple locations of this chain and this is one we can skip. I'm rating that mostly on the service. We never got refills on water even though its all we were drinking, we were brought someone else's order before I told the server it wasn't our food. I watched the server stand and talk to other servers for the majority of our visit. When she, the server, was clearing our plates I showed her an offer I received on Mother's Day for a free meal but when she brought the check the discount wasn't applied. We had to wait again for her to make the corrections. I had the chicken fajita omelet with fruit. The fruit wasn't ripe and had no flavor and the omelet was a bit dry, but flavorful. We almost always have great experiences with Scramblers and that's why we keep going there. This was hopefully an off day.
