The workers were welcoming when we walked in. The new lighting is too bright. The music was a little overpowering. The chili had more noodles than chili, was watered down and lacked taste. We asked for a side Greek salad and they gave us a full size. Prices seem high for Skyline.

Horrible service! I arrived to pick up my order, and a woman informed me their system was down. When I asked to reorder in person, she refused but allowed others (who were White) to place orders. It seemed like she didn’t want to deal with me at all.
This felt like clear discrimination and shows a lack of inclusion. Definitely not a diversity-friendly or Black-friendly establishment. Completely unacceptable!!!!

Um, it says on Google Maps that you updated your hours 1 week ago. I am a big fan of Skyline and I am very upset. I'm on my way from New England to Chicago, and this location is CLOSED for renovation & partly demolished. Why do you do this to people who like you? It's hard enough to find many of your locations. You can't update the hours on Google & Google Maps to indicate that you are CLOSED? Now, I have to try to find the next closest location to my trip, possibly backtrack, and even then -- the online info could be wrong. When Google says that you updated the info 1 week ago, you assume it's current. That's a valid assumption. Man-O-Man!

This was a disappointing visit (drive-thru). I eat at Skyline mostly in Dayton/Cincy...this one was disappointing. I got 3 chili/cheese coneys. That's it. The buns were over-steamed (soggy) and the hot dogs were clearly overcooked as they were really mushy. On top of that, there were 6 onion pieces in one of the coneys (I asked for no onions). I know that will happen as it's par for the course, but 6 was too many...I bit into one and it just made me gag...made me not enjoy the rest of the meal when you now have to sift through your food and pick out onion pieces. I lost the rest of my appetite. I hate onions because of the taste and texture. It's RARE that I don't finish Skyline food.

Asked for a handful of hot sauce and the guy looked at us crazy and gave us only one more each time. And made it a big deal about it being extra even though it’s not. Some bull, he seemed really weird too

I was feeling good and hungry! Now let's get real. We stopped for a quick bite. Bathrooms appeared to have not been cleaned the night before and certainly were not that morning. Very dirty, men's & women's. Several young men standing around chatting.
