Will someone from Raising The Roost PLEASE come in at 5am and witness how this location is run?! It’s horrible! It takes 20 min to get a burrito without a line. Every time. Half the time the food isn’t ready 30-40+ min after it’s supposed to open. And even if it is, the lady works as slow as possible. I have never seen a restaurant run this apathetically. Hands down the worst service I deal with. I feel like I’m walking into someone’s house where I am not wanted. I’m treated like a pest. It is INCREDIBLY uncomfortable. She really looks like she hates her life. I really wish I did not like the food so much because I would love to go somewhere else for my breakfast and I usually do because I don’t want to deal with it first thing in the morning. Someone come in plain clothes for a few days, go undercover and order something, and look at what everyone is dealing with. Zero professionalism, zero care.

The worst customer service that I have ever encountered in a long time , I tried to prepay but the cashier kept canceling my transaction, so I go to pay at the pump and he refused to start my pump literally don't have time for this. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AT THIS GAS STATION JUST GO TO SHEETZ

Decent gas station. Lots of pumps (although mine had card reading issues), pumps are medium-low speed. Staff was friendly. Selection of snacks and food was good.

This is the second time I've been disappointed!! First time I was told the chicken wouldn't be ready for 20 minutes. This time there were no hotdogs. We went to look at the chicken and the person beside the counter was so rude. I ask if they had thighs and legs for the $3 menu. The person didn't even turn around. They just said no don't have any. We just left. Don't know if I will go back.

We spent $400 each month in our 2 vehicles.. would get a hot dog or chicken for lunch so we could get thru our day. Probably another $400 for a total of $800 each month. Can not depend on food anymore and may have to stand in line for 20 minutes to pay for your gas. This place is no longer convenient because they are to cheap to hire staff to serve their customers. M

The store is awesome! Most of the staff is chill and pleasant. Sabra Lovell is not…she will end a conversation with someone who accepted their end decision…then, follow them outside and verbally berate them for all to see. She is insanely unprofessional and has zero actual customer service skills. She uses her job in a very public place to meet men, then pick and choose in a bipolar way how she speaks to and about them…to any of her current potential suitors, you have been warned…to the company employing her, you have been notified…also, I lied…the rest of your staff is awful, and your store is a disgrace…best of luck

Was just at this station less than an hour ago. They have no gas. All pumps are closed down.

Very rude women who work there! They should not work in the public, plus they stand at the door outside and smoke and the law clearly state you have to be 50 ft away from the font door, disgusting

Been going here almost on a daily basis for a while now and I haven’t complained about them not even once. sometimes the cashiers don’t pay attention after they ask you if you want regular or not and I’ve always gotten premium but it happens so I was always fine with it. But tonight went in at 3AM to get some gas and a snack before I go home and the dude that’s always sitting down didn’t hear me right and before I left I asked him to make sure he put premium and he said no you said regular. I didn’t say anything I was just like yeah my bad I need premium and smiled. He goes like “pay attention next time it’s not that hard” and I literally just say dude I asked for premium I never get regular but sure and he goes off on me saying I’m calling him a liar and all and then refuses to serve me and then says don’t ever come here when I’m working cuz you’re not getting service. And then says he’s gonna trespass me if I don’t agree with him. Lol It’s just really funny how some people can’t take the fact that they miss heard you and go to that extent just so they don’t accept the fact that they were wrong. I asked for number I can call for a manager but he refused to give that to me as well
