Ordered 2 20ounce peppermint mochas extra hot was asked if screen was right I said yes. Waited in line got to window young lady verified my order said was 13.50 I paid found out I was given 2 expensive hot chocolates .Won’t be back

It's a Starbucks. Open and airy. The food is processed and there is better fastfood breakfasts out there. I'm not a coffee drinker but they do always have a non caffeine drink available.

I love their Chai Tea. and pastries. I am not a coffee person, in fact, cant stand coffee, but they have plenty of options. I often do my mobile notary signings at Starbucks. Just to get a pastry to nibble on and my Chai tea.

If you come here and order at the counter, be ready to wait 20 mins for your drink. They prioritize all mobile and drive thru orders over customers currently there. Happens every time i come here.

It took them more than 12 minutes to get a coffee and a chai. I know that there are specific hours of the day that places are busy, but it was not the case this day. Friday, 3.30pm. At least I don’t think you can say it’s busy.

Cashier didn’t give me the opportunity to add my rewards. Just simply closed my order and said I could claim by creating a communication in customer channels.

Also, they totally prioritize driving thru customers over balcony customers. I stopped and parked because I saw a huge line and thought they would best divide their attending staff between two different audiences. They didn’t. All stuff was fully dedicated to driving thru customers.

Will never get back even though the place looks great for working or just chilling until traffic is over. Would not recommend.

Waited almost an hour for a pre placed order, got to the store and the baristas looked at me like I was just waiting around for fun. The whole time my drink was behind the counter and not with the rest of the many pickup orders, like seriously….It’s especially irritating when they know they are handing out orders that came after mine and they don’t even bother to ask the customer what they are waiting on. Not professional, very ghetto

Standard Starbucks fare and atmosphere, nothing special there. They were able to provide an espresso in a ceramic cup which was great. Espresso was terrible - bitter, low crema, and watery.
