When you walk up to place a order you do not even get greeted hello good morning how are you there's one person working five people in line very non-professional I will not be visiting this location again, I don't know if georgesville or this location is worse!

Employees rude and unprofessional
Ordered a drink and went to shop for a couple items. I came back and waited 15 minutes while the employee made 4 others people's drink orders that ordered after me. When I confronted him he said his blender broke and he couldn't make my drink. I'm like how are you going to let me stand there for 15 minutes while you make 4 others people's drinks and then tell me this. I asked for a refund and he said I can't do it but you can call the number on the receipt and get a refund. I watch him print reciept after receipt and after 8 receipts he couldn't even find mine. Will NEVER go here again that's just straight messed up. Over 20 minutes no drink no refund. Booooo. So an update, since I called customer service and I was told my case was escalated I have heard nothing back. I was told without a reciept and picture of my drink that a refund wasn't possible. Starbucks straight took my money. Lots of better options out there and I am definitely never supporting starbucks or any of their products ever again.

The employee’s behavior was absolutely unprofessional. She kept me waiting for five minutes and then said they didn’t have an oven to prepare a spicy falafel pocket.

Ordered ahead on the phone(which said 5mins wait time), waited more than 15 minutes, and still my order was not ready. The trainee barista was alone and told me that there were still several drinks ahead of me and going to take a while. I couldn’t wait as I am already running late and asked about cancel and refund, which was impossible because the barista couldn’t do it, his manager was no where to be found, and Kroger customer service was closed…now I have a $6 bill for a latte I never received

Starbucks in Kroger on Cemetery rd, no issues with it, but twice now I have had the unfortunate experience to be "served" by Miguel. The first time, I blew his behavior off as everyone has a bad day, but today, with myself as his only customer, and having such an awful experience with him, I just can't let it pass. 1 star for employee experience. Please Starbucks, put some effort into speaking with Miguel about his complete lack of customer service, zero personality, and open rudeness. I was in this morning, Sunday, around 9:30. There was no one at the Starbucks but I figured they were open so I was looking over the menu waiting for someone to show up, no issues, only took a couple minutes. When he got behind the counter, no hello, no can I help you, just stood there staring at me with no expression. I said hello and asked if they were open, because if not, I was fine coming back. He said yes. Ok great I ordered a venti peach tea, paid, and said thank you. Still no response to my thank you etc. That's ok, I guess. He is getting the drink ready. I go over to look at the bags of coffee. A few minutes later he puts a drink up. I turn around and start to grab it, not even looking at it. I was the only person there, my fault for assuming it was mine, but his response, "That's not yours" very rudely said to me, surprised me. I said oh I'm sorry and laughed it off. Then he says in a rude tone, "You did order the venti right?" I said "yes, sorry I wasn't thinking." I go back to looking at the coffees. He sets the next drink up on the counter by the first one, says "This isn't yours either." OK, unnecessary to be so rude, but fine. Then he gets mine done and I say thank you so much. Nothing. No acknowledgement of any kind. I do exactly his same job, although not involving coffee, but work directly with customers taking their orders, etc. This attitude is not good customer service. I will not be using this Starbucks again. Even though it's handy to get if I'm already at Kroger, his behavior is so abhorrent and unnecessary, there's no way I'll subject myself to that again. I'd rather go to Biggby or anywhere else.

Terrible attention from the girl who helped us, nor did she want to work
I am Chinese, and he didn't communicate with me verbally at all, just using gestures. He was very enthusiastic when he saw white people, and he pointed the cream at me, probably asking me if I wanted some! Is this discrimination? Maybe he thinks Asian people can't speak English? I have lived here for 20 years, and this is the first time I feel discriminated against here! And the Mocha coffee has no taste!

Second time I’ve had to leave before my order was even taken. The same employee has now refused to even tell me “one moment” as she may be busy with online orders. I waited 10 minutes both times and still no communication… on the side note when another employee was working he gave me expired milk and didn’t notice till have way through the drink when I saw chucks in my drink. Terrible place will be taking my business to another Starbucks and I hope they figure out a solution for this one since it’s the closest to me

Did half my order “it was only two drinks” then moved on to another order completely ignoring the rest of mine. Plus I had already been in line for 10 minutes already.
