I ordered a delivery order through their website, and when the order came I was missing an item. I called the store for a refund, they told me I needed to contact DoorDash. For an hour I was back and forth with them, both telling me I need to contact the other for a refund. Doordash finally told me they initiated the refund, I just needed to call the store back for a reauthorization. So I called the store back, they told me to do it online and hung up. I never got my refund. This store steals your money.

Menu was not good and no prices. I couldn't figure out if you got your own drinks or not. And the food was sloppy French fries were hard and cold. Terrible!

this place is DISGUSTING... i got a reese's shake and there were rainbow streaks in it basically implying they did NOT clean the blender (health violation BTW) .. burger was nasty, it was a double bacon steakburger with cheese, onion & mayo on it and it was flat and didnt even have the bacon and it was nasty. what happened to this franchise?...

The employees are unhinged and disrespectful, especially the white girl with red hair who another reviewer posted months ago. If you go in and politely ask for a remake when they screw up your food you paid for, or ask for a refund, you’ll be attacked. Place was nasty too just like the staff. Don’t recommend and I’ll never be back.

The only reason this location received q star is because 0 stars weren't available. I have attempted several times to order food at the drive threw and each time spent over 15 minutes in line after ordering with 1 vehicle ahead of me. This evening orderd food quickly just to sit at the window over 5 minutes without anyone even acknowledging i was there so once again I was fed up with the service and drove off for the last time. If this is the way you run your business then you shouldn't have one.
