Best Subway in the world. I've been in 100 since they opened. This ones been around since I was a child and I'm now 47. Best service, fast service, super friendly. The owner is there 75% of the time. So nice to my kids and his employees love him which is genuine and you can feel it. Not just a regular Subway. It's a great experience in general of the good old days of taking the family or friends for a bite to eat

We were getting 4 sandwiches and I had a coupon however the girl at the counter told me I couldn't use it. She was very rude and argued with me about putting my phone in. They put my drinks in a carrier but didn't secure the cups and they fell out in my car. Never had I received such bad service!! I just got fed up arguing with her that I just took my order and left. Need to retrain your people or hire those that are a people person. I will never go back to this location and I suggest you don't either

I had an awful experience at this location. A staff member (who clearly lacks common sense 🙃) decided to charge me for three extra dressings on the side—something that makes absolutely no sense. 🤷♀️ Why would I get charged for something that’s normally part of the sandwich? 🤔 It felt like pure extortion, and to top it off, her attitude was absolutely horrible! 😠
I’ve already filed a complaint with Subway corporate demanding a full refund for this ridiculous charge and her unprofessional behavior. 🚫💵 Honestly, this felt like a form of discrimination, and it was incredibly upsetting. 😞
Take my advice: AVOID THIS LOCATION! 🚷 There are plenty of other Subways that treat customers with respect. For example, the Subway in Reynoldsburg on Main Street is amazing. 🌟👏 They have friendly staff, great service, and you can get dressing without a hassle—for free! 🥪✅

Whenever I go after 9 it is always closed or sometimes before 9 I suggest it should be open until 10 or 10:30 pm

Showed up at 10 AM on a Saturday, says it opens at 9. Doors still locked, worker inside just sat and stared at me or at least in my general direction. Not a good look for any company.

This is by far the best Subway I’ve been to in that area including the Dublin/Tuttle area. The portions are great, the staff is very friendly and listens to you. Unlike most of the others, this location actually takes coupons. There was also an elderly woman ahead of me that needed additional assistance and the staff was so sweet to her, patient and accommodating. I would gladly go out of my way to come to this one.

Updated: They have new employees and service was terrible to what it was before. I was denied Italian Herbs & Cheese bread at 7:15 despite there being sheets of it sitting there. I asked for black pepper & the woman sprinkles something on that wasn't pepper and says "oops" then proceeds to put pepper on it. I had to ask what she just put on my sub! I ONLY went to this subway because of the service, but will no longer go because of the service. This location has the best service! The guy with the backwards cap is always friendly and attentive; the owner should make him a manager, if not already.
