😤🚫 Let me tell you… this Subway on Cemetery Road has officially lost my business. They USED to take coupons, then suddenly decided they don’t anymore. No explanation, no apology — just “we don’t take those.” So guess what? We walked right out the door. 🚪💨
💸 Those coupons matter. They knew it. They stopped honoring them anyway.
🥴 The whole thing felt like a game, and I’m not here to play.
Honestly, most Subways around Central Ohio have gone downhill 😑👇 — rude service, skimpy portions, and this coupon nonsense. The ONLY good one left is the Subway out in Springfield on Derr Road. 🙌❤️ They take coupons, they’re kind, and they actually give you a real sandwich.
But THIS location? Nope. ❌
We won’t be back.
Save your time, save your money, take your appetite somewhere else. 🥪🚮

I was looking forward to football and subway today but much to my disappointment this subway no longer honors coupons that are sent to me from subway. So, instead I went to Jersey Mike's where I will go from now on. I had been a loyal customer of this particular subway store ever since they opened, but no more!

This subway is genuinely the kindest fast food place I’ve been in awhile, they always have a bright positive attitude and even remember me and my order since I get the same thing everytime😂. Everytime I walk in it smells amazing and is very well kept, everyone is happy to be there and it’s a very bright atmosphere. I recommend this place 100%!

I used to think the store was great. I like the manager I even liked the owner. But I wait through the line go to pay for my food and they tell me they won’t take my coupon. I’ve been coming in there forever with coupons. it’s the only reason I go there is to use a coupon because I think the price is full. Price is ridiculous. They send me coupons every other week or whatever it is And now they’re telling me I can’t use them. I think that’s a bunch of crap

STAY FAR, FAR AWAY!!!!
This used to be my go-to for Subway, but during their what seems like 5 year remodel, they have turned into an absolute trash heap. I would visit this location often, ordering online and then picking up because it was convenient. I ordered an hour ahead today, and on my way to pick it up (after receiving confirmation) the order was cancelled with no explanation other than to call the store for more info. Plot twist- they don't answer the phone.
Half the time when ordering online they pay zero attention to details that you put on the order anyway, so no big loss. It is a shame though, Subway used to be a great break from your typical lunch, but having the gall to charge $12 for a footlong sub, refusing to take coupons, and now this...well, I can't expect this pathetic location is going to be around much longer. Terrible management.
Spend your money anywhere but here- there's a Jersey Mike's and Firehouse Subs within walking distance.

I don't see this location lasting much longer. They used to have phenomenal staff and fired them. They used to take 2 coupons, now they're refusing to take any. The elderly lady with glasses is never friendly. The owner isn't much better. They currently have hiring signs posted everywhere. Inside was pretty empty at 6:50 on a Thursday, so that says a lot. $11.59 for a footlong club is absurd. I can get a steak dinner at Texas Roadhouse for $14.99...

Girl with glasses was saying racism stuff to my kid and we finished paying after wards we tried buying chips and she didn’t want to sell them to us
Old lady and Mexican lady were very rude cussing at me on the date of September 13 2025 around 330-4pm seemed very aggressive and unprofessional . Did not want nothing after the display of their behavior did not buy nothing.

Terrible place , an old lady and Mexican lady treated me poorly and I am a regular. They denied me service then proceeded to talk crsp about me offered my subs to other customers because I no longer wanted it but wouldn’t give it to me. When I had money and a valid discount. I will not be returning and there are others that told me not to come here anymore so I will listen to them. Date of September 12 2025 250pm

Did a mobile order, so was not able to ensure they did the correct amount of everything. Asked for extra olives on my sub, barely got any. Asked for as many banana peppers as possible for the other sub, and again barely got any! First and last time at this location. And they wrapped the subs janky so that was a mess as well. We did go in and they did fix the problem. They said when you order extra they are only allowed to give 8 extra, so check your orders before you leave if you like an extra of something. Staff was kind though!

This location is WONDERFUL! not only did the ladies work together to get my order done pretty fast allowing me to got / to my next gig on time they also didn't skimp on anything like so many locations do. It's been a long time since we Hve actually tasted the meat in our subs. So many places pinch Pennies and screw you on your meat. The ladies also took care to not make it too messy especially since half the subs are to be eaten tomorrow. They even labeled some without me asking. Tip it all off it was the best tasting Subway sub we have had in a long time. Worth driving out of the way to go there.
Didn't stay to eat but there was LOTS of seating, good AC, and clean bathrooms.

Got 2 of the 3 subs I ordered made wrong, no one answered their phone when I called. This isnt the first time I've online ordered and they've been made wrong. I wouldn't trust this subway or the one on roberts either....apparently they employ people who cant read a make ticket.
Ive worked in food my whole life, this is the simplest thing to make and make right, follow the steps the customer gives you, and yet I have 2 angry kids om their way to soccer who both got incorrectly made subs and no one at the store to offer any help or remakes, since they don't answer the phone

Janky staff! I met a friend for lunch. We each had a coupon. When paying, we were told that next time they would not allow two coupons... what? We were paying separately. We are just friends who were meeting up for a quick lunch. Then, as I was paying for my order, I proceeded to ask questions because I wanted more clarification and in the back and forth, he did not give me my change. Shame on me. Won't be going back. Who runs these janky franchises.
