They have definitely improved since they became a stand alone restaurant. The food was fresh and tasted good. They were out of the new Mt Dew soda which is why I gave 4 stars. I usually go to the Broad Street location, but they've let me down the last 3 visits so I am very pleased this location has improved so much. T
I will be making this location my new usual stop.

Order through the Taco Bell app was a nightmare. The app prompted me to call the store so I called the store and I spoke to Zach a team leader, which was incredibly rude. Made me feel stupid and said call DoorDash. I tried to explain to him that it was the app that I ordered from and not DoorDash directly Pretty much told me I can’t help you to call tomorrow morning and they can make my order completely. Unacceptable.
It has been a loooooong time since we had Taco Bell. So, we had Taco Bell on Hilliard Rome Rd tonight. The service was great but the food was a 3/10. Rock hard chicken in two burritos and barely any meat in the crunch wrap. They have applied shrinkflation to the portion sizes so you would think that they would want the smaller portions to be, at the very least, okay.

I ordered the Cantina bowl through the drive-through No sour cream basically all it had was rice a lot of lettuce a little bit of salsa and chicken. Everything else was missing for $10 however, when I called in and spoke with the manager, she was very professional and offered a discount on my next order.

Drive Thru Order accuracy is mostly right.. however one of my items although marked without sour cream or without spicy ranch.. will unfortunately include it .. when 2-3 other items are also marked the same way 1 of them is typically wrong and the item is inedible then due to dietary issues.

This place is so horrible, everytime I come here somethings messed up and I only come here when it’s the closest available Taco Bell not by choice. Today I went and I spent $30 on food for me and my partner just for them to forget three items and I hadn’t noticed until I was home so now I spent money for nothing. :) of course I live to far away to come back as well.

Service is great. The food? Not so much. I ordered a bean burrito, no onions, add beef and nacho cheese. I get thru half of my burrito with no nacho cheese and almost no beef. I finally reach the part with beef and nacho cheese and it doesn't matter because it is filled with onions. I cannot and will not eat onions. They don't agree with me. I'm very disappointed and still hungry. I ordered it in the drive thru and was eating it while driving, so I couldn't exactly just go back

Came plenty early enough, I thought, to get breakfast before work. *After* taking my money, was told I'd have to wait curbside for them to make coffee. Waited so long I had to leave so I wouldn't be late to work. Now I'm out six bucks, hungry, and angry, great way to start the day, thanks. Nice staff and occasionally solid food but I think taco bell should just give up on breakfast, at least at this location. It's a negative experience like 3/4 of the time
This location is purposely excluding an item from the "online exclusive Build your Own cravings box" which would cost an additional $5-6 to purchase separately when the deal is already $6 to begin with. The picture online clearly shows 3 food items and a drink but when attempting to order through this store you're only prompted to choose from a "classic" item. When placing an order through any other location in the area, you're prompted to choose a "classic" a "specialty" and a "side" as well as your drink. When I went back to ask about this issue online I was told they were a franchise and could do whatever they wanted with the online deals. I hope this issue is addressed because they are falsely advertising and ripping off the customers.
