I mean there was chicken in my Crunchwrap, right along with the beef. Not a good surprise. The workers were very nice and remade it but yeah the food was subpar at best, and mini sized portions.

Went through the drive through, had a small modification of not having meat one one item ordered. The cashier confirmed our order and was great. Got our food and everything is wrong, ok everyone makes mistakes. Went back for the correct items with the incorrect food. When I got there no apology, just took the incorrect food back and slammed it on the prep counter. The guy poked at the incorrect food while throwing things around like in some kind of fit. After poking food that left the restaurant went back to making orders without changing gloves. Our food was bagged up and thrown to the window lady to give it back to us.
If I could rate 0 stars I would. Customer service was horrible. Staff was immature, childish, rude, and unprofessional. I had asked them if they still had something on the menu and they were not willing to answer and were disrespectful. Asked for the manager, all of the staff huddled up behind the counter and no response was given.

service was horrible they up charged me for something i didn’t even ask for when i asked for what i originally places they got pissy with me especially this young girl working window she was slamming the window when i asked for what i wanted mean mugging me and being passive aggressive when all i asked was what ordered they gave me money back and STILL didn’t give me the food i asked for that i placed in the first place

They have definitely improved since they became a stand alone restaurant. The food was fresh and tasted good. They were out of the new Mt Dew soda which is why I gave 4 stars. I usually go to the Broad Street location, but they've let me down the last 3 visits so I am very pleased this location has improved so much. T
I will be making this location my new usual stop.

Order through the Taco Bell app was a nightmare. The app prompted me to call the store so I called the store and I spoke to Zach a team leader, which was incredibly rude. Made me feel stupid and said call DoorDash. I tried to explain to him that it was the app that I ordered from and not DoorDash directly Pretty much told me I can’t help you to call tomorrow morning and they can make my order completely. Unacceptable.
It has been a loooooong time since we had Taco Bell. So, we had Taco Bell on Hilliard Rome Rd tonight. The service was great but the food was a 3/10. Rock hard chicken in two burritos and barely any meat in the crunch wrap. They have applied shrinkflation to the portion sizes so you would think that they would want the smaller portions to be, at the very least, okay.

I ordered the Cantina bowl through the drive-through No sour cream basically all it had was rice a lot of lettuce a little bit of salsa and chicken. Everything else was missing for $10 however, when I called in and spoke with the manager, she was very professional and offered a discount on my next order.

Drive Thru Order accuracy is mostly right.. however one of my items although marked without sour cream or without spicy ranch.. will unfortunately include it .. when 2-3 other items are also marked the same way 1 of them is typically wrong and the item is inedible then due to dietary issues.
