The old Ten Pin was a great place! The food, atmosphere, cleanliness, and staff were amazing. From the time you walked in the door from the managers to staff, everyone greeted you with a smile. The Old Ten Pin had a facilities manager that always had things up and running. Bowlero is not the same. The food is not good. The building is not as clean. The staff and management seem too busy to help, the lanes and games are always breaking. You should have kept some of the old staff. They could have helped Bowlero be better.

Came for trivia. Service a little slow, but I feel like there was a big birthday party as well as bowling leagues when we were there.
Kid-friendliness: Several kids while we were there.

Gotta be honest yall, I'm real tired of paying exorbitant prices to eat out for inedible food and garbage service- and then asked to tip a million dollars on the tab. Let me preface by saying, I have been in the industry for a long time, so I'm usually far more patient than I should be in some instances, but tonight was the last straw. Just had the worst dining experience at Ten Pin while trying to take the kids out for a fun Saturday night. And before you ask, yes I discussed with the manager exactly why it was a horrible dining experience. I am so bummed, because ever since Bowlero took over, everything has gone downhill there. It used to be one of our favorite spots- and for a bowling alley/arcade, the food was great. Not the case anymore. If you're looking to spend a $100 on gross frozen food, and to be completely ignored for the whole experience, you know where to go!
Great place to have food and fun
Bowling here is fantastic. If the lanes are full, they'll give you a free card for the arcade while you wait.
That's not even counting the generosity they'll show if something goes wrong with your lane. Free food and a time extension.
I can't think of a better place to bowl.

Top notch bowling center with a great staff!
My first experience of Ten Pin Alley was great. We did the $18 lunch and bowl and it was an amazing experience. We went yesterday and it was an absolute crap show. We got there around 1:45 (it was a weekday during Christmas break) they told us it was going to be an hour wait and that if we wanted to wait we could still do the $18 lunch and bowl deal (this was confirmed by manager Angel). That was fine. At 2:33 they texted me saying the following: âWe're ready for you at Ten Pin Alley. Please text us 2 if you are on the way or 3 to cancel.â I texted the number 2 since we were on our way. They had told me an hour so I had to run so errands. I was about a half hour away so when I got there I went to bowling line Angel said they had removed us from the line since I was past the allotted time to get there. There was no time frame listed on the text message. She got an attitude with me saying they gave our lane away but they could get us a lane in about 15-20 minutes. We waited over by the front door and sat down on the bench. We waited there for 20 minutes then I walked over to the line again. Angel was still there and she said that they took us off the list AGAIN because I didnât answer their call. I was confused and said that I had a voicemail from them at 3:19 and it was 3:21. At that time she said that they have to call after texting the first time. Which wouldâve been fine if I knew I was waiting on a call from them. I never received a notification of a call since I have unknown callers blocked due to scam calls. On the voicemail one of the male employees said âthey didnât answer should I have them call backâ and you hear Angel say âNope youâre fineâ. After I mentioned the voicemail we had to wait 15-20 minutes AGAIN to get in a lane - was never told anything different than our original plan of lunch and bowling. We waited right next to the counter so we made sure they knew we were there. We got our shoes and headed to our lane where we were greeted by our server named Mike. He was an amazing server. He brought us the regular menus and when we asked him about the lunch and bowl he said it was around 4 and we werenât able to order off that menu. He went to check with Angel and she said that since we didnât show up the first time (once again the text did not have a timeframe to show up in) that we werenât able to do the lunch and bowl combination. If we were told that we couldnât do the lunch and bowl deal like we were told we could we would have not stayed and wouldâve gone elsewhere. After hearing this news it was very hard for us to enjoy our time since we hadnât eaten anything all day. I more than likely wonât be coming back due to Angel (the managers) attitude.
Best bowling experience so far in central Ohio. Went to another lane and it constantly had mechanical issues. Here though was a solid hour of bowling. No problems. Great service. And the games have themes! I've never seen themed bowling games.Definitely going to keep rollin balls here!
Kid-friendliness: Seemed very good for parties plus the assisted bowling options was great.

I visited Ten Pin Pizza & More as part of a work celebration. I can't speak to price or value as it was paid by our company. I can, however, talk about the food and games. We started with a buffet that included several kinds of pizza and boneless "wings". The included tossed salad was fresh and laden with extras and several tasty dressing choices. The boneless chicken came in plain and dipped in mild buffalo sauce, and was okay. There were also several additional sauces you could apply. The star of course was the pizza. There were several varieties and each one was delicious. I'm not even sure what the names are or how much they would cost, but it's enough to bring me back.In the games department, there was lots of bowling, laser tag, and arcade games designed to spit out tickets for the usual prizes. Almost anyone would find something to do here. And even if they didn't find something to do, they could spend their time chit-chatting around the patio and dining room. The one thing that really impressed me though, the laser tag, was really fun. We split up into two teams designated by different colored blinkers on the suits. I had never done this before, and admit I really should have!My advice is to give this place a shot. It was definitely a lot of fun for a company retreat, and I'm sure a group of friends would enjoy it as well.
This is a great family entertainment venue. The staff was professional and efficient, the food was amazing and it was exceptionally clean. So much more than a bowling alley or pizza place. There's a reason the parking lot was full when we arrived. Great arcade, great Lazer tag, great bowling, amazing food and service, and reasonable prices. Bring your family here and have a great time.
