AJ was the one working the line, and the one who took my order. He gave me a sample of the vegan shawarma and the sun-dried tomato hummus as I was building my plate. Service was super-friendly, helpful, and informative. I loved the fries, tabouleh, Spanish eggplant, Persian potatoes, and Lebanese cauliflower. The spicy tahini sauce, chimichurri, and zhug sauces were great as well. The falafel were pretty good as leftovers. I look forward to trying the other vegan items on the menu.

Vegetarian options: There were plentiful vegan options, and the food was easily customizable. Some elements were either too salty or spicy on their own, but they complemented each other well.

Parking: Parking is shared with Bibibop, but there are enough spots available.

Dietary restrictions: It seems halal, and there are a ton of vegan options. I highly recommend it if you like customized dishes.

I have mixed feelings about this place. The food is fresh and great flavors, but all of the ingredients aren’t always available. The vegan options are plenty when they actually have the ingredients. The service is always poor, except when the owners are working ( I have only seen them on the weekend). The guy who works alone during the day is not friendly, always has a headphone in, and he makes me feel very rushed through the process. The fresh falafel is the only thing keeping me coming back.

I don't understand why there isn't a line out the door at this place. It's spotless; the food is fantastic, deliciously spiced, and generously portioned; and the service, especially by A.J., was impeccable. Loved every bite.

Omg. This is my favorite restaurant now. Took us a while to finally try it, but I’m so glad we did!! I ordered a bowl with gyro meat, hot pepper hummus’ (and WOW I mean really wow wow the hummus was excellent!), Jerusalem salad, grilled onions, lettuce, tomato, cucumber and tzatziki sauce. We split an order of sweet potato fries. There was so much food I couldn’t even get close to eating it all?. I did eat more of it than I should have because it was so delicious it was hard to stop. I was so satisfied and full that when I was finished I was ready to go take a nap. The SWEET PHOTO FRIES were FABULOUS too. Dipped some of them in the hot pepper hummus. Oh-Em-G! I was in Heaven. Highly recommend this place!

Usually I love this place but I paid extra on my delivery order to add cauliflower and didnt recieve it. I did not want rice and got rice. The Shwarma was extremely dry and tasted old. Super disappointed.

Not typically a cuisine I would eat, but it was decent if you like Mediterranean type (non-Italian) food. It’s more Greek/Arabic type food.

Lots of healthy and tasty ingredients. Chicken shawarma mini bowl is my go-to. Hopefully Lebanese cauliflower will be available soon.

Vegetarian options: Lots O veggies plus meatless protein.

Had it for the first time in Michigan ar Great Lakes Crossing. It was excellent. Surprised to find out the only one in Ohio is Hilliard where I live. Bought there today and totally satisfied again. I will eat here often.

I came here with my family today!We are all vegan and we all loved all the vegan options that were available.The vegan shawarma cannot be matched. It was absolutely delicious!!If I could give the chickpea chiller 10 stars I would!! The chocolate and pistachio ones are amazing!Highly recommend coming here especially if you are vegan!!

Food was cold and kind of underwhelming. Chicken was at the bottom of the pita and tasted like regular seasoned chicken rather than Shawarma. Just big messy and unappetizing.Head to Zaytoon across the street. Food will be hot and not a mess.

I love Hummus & Pita Co when I'm hungry and on the go. They're set up in the typical Chipotle style ordering system and all of the vegan options are very well labeled. The vegan shawarma is great (salty) and awesome paired with various fresh veggies.

I had this for the first time on 2/22/23. It's been around for at least a year, and my nail tech had told me that it was good. When I tell you that I went back the very next day (hence the two pictures) because it was sooooooooooooo good!!Because of how this bowl is setup, you can't see all of the things I got. But there's this eggplant dish that is just amazing. I got an extra side of it the next day in addition to what I got in my bowl.If you've never been here before, this is basically a Mediterranean/Middle Eastern Chipotle type restaurant. There are way more toppings to choose from, and it's a herbivores dream-there are so many good veggie choices that taste amazing.If you're like me-am omnivore, it's perfect for you. All the veggies, plus meats, plus a variety of spreads-it's an absolute win!

Good selection of fresh toppings. I got the gyro bowl with chickpeas and couscous. The bowl was half meat and they added a generous amount of the toppings. PLUS the homemade hot sauces were awesome! Although it isn't authentic, as a fast casual restaurant I feel like they do a good job with mixing middle eastern/america taste!

Good food and Great portion sizes. The bowl is more than enough food for two people and comes with thick Pita on the side, 2 "Fill its", hummus, and a sauce. We got a Chicken Shawarma bowl with Persian potatoes (delicious) and corn salad with roasted red pepper hummus and spicy tahini sauce. Very generous portions for the price, which more than compensates for the limitation of only 2 "Fill its" allowed.The pita wasn't small, but next time we may get an extra order on the side and save any leftover for later.
