I went through the drive thru 11/21 around 10:45am. The guy taking my order was so pleasant, he had great energy, he made me laugh. When I pulled up to the window, the woman taking my payment was just as chipper. I loved it. Unfortunately, whomever was at the stove smashed and burnt my bacon croissant sandwich. On top of that, they put cheese on it after they took it off the heat because it was still cold. I bought a cookie they were advertising where all proceeds went to help kids and that cookie was hard and dry. Needless to say, I wasn't impressed with the food but the service was awesome. I didn't eat the sandwich or the cookie because they were no longer appealing to eat. I gave them 2 stars overall because the people running the drive thru were amazing. Service was 5 star, food was not.

This is the only Tim Hortons I will go to. I don't know the guy's name that takes orders and runs drive thru most times in mornings.. He's funny , positive and friendly. He made a very bad morning I was having a week ago a lot better by being so funny. Making me smile for the first time that morning. And I thank him for that! i work in retail and I know most businesses hear more negative then good. Every time I've gone here everything is good. Keep up the great food and service. And again thank you for making my day better.

Today I had the pleasure of being served by Aden at Tim Hortons and I must say he made my day. Not only did he prepare a delicious coffee that hit the spot perfectly, but he did it with genuine respect and a polite demeanor that stood out. Aden greeted me with a warm smile and made sure my order was just right. It’s rare to find someone who takes pride in both their service and their attitude, but Aden is clearly one of those people. His professionalism and kindness turned a routine stop into a memorable experience. Tim Hortons is lucky to have him. Keep up the great work Aden!

I ordered a large tea 3 mile 2 sugar. A large double-double and a simply sausage on a cheese biscuit. God home and it was not a simply sausage. It was just a cheese biscuit and wasn't even cut. So obviously they just stuffed it in the back. I called and she's arguing with me about the time. As my time set 947, she kept arguing saying it was 847, so obviously their time on the cash register is wrong. So I never. Got rambers for my order.Most of the staff is certainly good, but whoever I was talking to didn't have an ideas.To what they were talking about didn't even have to correct time
