This location is so rude. They NEVER accommodate with coupons but other locations will. Watch your receipt because they'll charge you wrong. I wouldnt recommend coming to this location.

Placed pick up order. Got there and workers made 6 other drive thru orders before looking at the pick up order ticket. Worker then looked at ticket and walked away. Waited a while for someone who then helped. None of the drinks in the order were correct. Hopefully just a rough morning for them but definitely a rough start to mine now

Asked for an EMPTY CUP they said they couldn’t give it to me unless I paid . Charged me 69 cents ! For an empty cup! No ice no water just a cup . Do better yall was not about to lose any kind of money over a cup! ??
Edited to add I ordered a solar splash drink a muffin and Timbits so it’s not like I only needed the cup . Smh

If i could rate this location zero stars i would! waited 20 minutes and the manager comes out and says they have no donuts & no fountain drinks at 1pm on a Monday this is outrageous !
This morning came through drive thru and placed an order. Some how mu wallet fell out my purse so I frantically started looking for it apologizing to the cashier that I couldn't find my wallet so as I pulled off I parked finally found my wallet walked into complete my transaction only to overhear the manager and drive-thru employees having a whole conversation about me and "how I had my purse but stupid enough not to have my wallet". Upset and already embarrassed I quickly left feeling more humiliated. I work with the general public and I believe in treating everyone with kindness and respect regardless of thier position or situation. Maybe this facility can provide the employees with some empathy courses or how to be discreet when having a whole confrence about a customer. I've come to understand why my orders are frequently incorrect when I order here. Come on Tim Hortons we can do better

The drive thru here is truly amazing. I don’t know his real name, but R Money does a fantastic job. He is always upbeat and funny. He is one of those rare individuals who own his job and makes the customer experience better. I have never had an incorrect order here. Coffee is always hot and tastes fresh. Today my daughters’ frozen lemonades were perfect too.
