This is the only Tim Hortons I will go to. I don't know the guy's name that takes orders and runs drive thru most times in mornings.. He's funny , positive and friendly. He made a very bad morning I was having a week ago a lot better by being so funny. Making me smile for the first time that morning. And I thank him for that! i work in retail and I know most businesses hear more negative then good. Every time I've gone here everything is good. Keep up the great food and service. And again thank you for making my day better.

Today I had the pleasure of being served by Aden at Tim Hortons and I must say he made my day. Not only did he prepare a delicious coffee that hit the spot perfectly, but he did it with genuine respect and a polite demeanor that stood out. Aden greeted me with a warm smile and made sure my order was just right. It’s rare to find someone who takes pride in both their service and their attitude, but Aden is clearly one of those people. His professionalism and kindness turned a routine stop into a memorable experience. Tim Hortons is lucky to have him. Keep up the great work Aden!

I ordered a large tea 3 mile 2 sugar. A large double-double and a simply sausage on a cheese biscuit. God home and it was not a simply sausage. It was just a cheese biscuit and wasn't even cut. So obviously they just stuffed it in the back. I called and she's arguing with me about the time. As my time set 947, she kept arguing saying it was 847, so obviously their time on the cash register is wrong. So I never. Got rambers for my order.Most of the staff is certainly good, but whoever I was talking to didn't have an ideas.To what they were talking about didn't even have to correct time

This morning was my last straw. There’s a Spanish-speaking woman who I believe is either the team lead or manager with broken English, and she’s absolutely unbearable. Today, a new girl was at the drive-thru register. It was raining, and she placed my drink with an open lid directly under water dripping from the roof, then handed it to me with a smirk. I couldn’t get it remade, and she didn’t even bother to apologize.
I’ve been coming here for on and off for a year, only because it’s the closest location on my way to work. But the morning shift is consistently terrible. The issues are not one time thing, sometimes they’re just closed even though the website says they’re open, I’ve received food with actual bite marks and eggshells in the sandwiches. The staff ignore customers and let people stand around without so much as a greeting or acknowledgment.
The only reason I kept returning was because of one Black man who deserves a better atmosphere. He was upbeat, kind, funny, professional, got orders right, and was the only one who consistently gave good service. Now that he’s gone, I’m done too.
The service here is disgusting, and the woman running it is rude beyond belief. I’d bet a million dollars that the only positive reviews are from one-time visitors or people coming during other shifts because the morning crew is a disaster. I’ve given this location every benefit of the doubt. Never again. Horrible, just horrible.

This location is so rude. They NEVER accommodate with coupons but other locations will. Watch your receipt because they'll charge you wrong. I wouldnt recommend coming to this location.
best drive through and coffeeshop in hilliard. very friendly. always try to make you happy.

Placed pick up order. Got there and workers made 6 other drive thru orders before looking at the pick up order ticket. Worker then looked at ticket and walked away. Waited a while for someone who then helped. None of the drinks in the order were correct. Hopefully just a rough morning for them but definitely a rough start to mine now
