Coffees good but but not a good value over the last few years. I've been a customer for 30+ years and find the bonehead and their management that decided the polivy to charge 60 cents for a cup of tap water very disgusting and insulting to their customers. there should be a class action movement to pressure them to end this customer unfriendly practice. I've been shifting business to McDonald's and other fast food restaurants in my protest.

The restaurant is always clean and the food is fresh. The staff is inviting and helpful. They have a great selection of breakfast and lunch options and they are all delicious.
Extremely slow. Had to wait about 10 minutes to get a dozen donuts, that the staff ended up picking for me when I was going to choose. Forgot the rest of the order, which was one donut, then I leave come to find out I was given the wrong coffee too!

Tim Hortons are, all, fairly-similar within decor, food and coffee, however, this Hortons was a standout due to the superior-service, which seems to be lacking nearly everywhere, currently. These little details separate the premium from the middling, and this should, always, be recognized.

Lady who took my order was nice she was patient with us super sweet but i got some dounuts and a few drinks for my boyfriend and his siblings and I got a Iced Mocha Latte this morning, first sip it tasted disgusting it taste so burnt, i thought i was crazy so i had my boyfriend and his siblings try it and they all agreed it tasted burnt. Will not be ordering any latte from here again ive never left a review but felt like this had to be said because my drink was NASTY.

I don't understand how you as a cook can see this and think it's ok to give it to the customer, just feel like I got skimmed really bad. B.E.L.T. stands for Bacon, Egg, Letuce and Tomato wich I got almos none and to top it off they forgot the biggest source of protein on the whole thing, the egg. Disastrous, I'm going to any of the other places up the road next time.

Icee Capp Machine hasn't been cleaned. It tasted horrible. I've had this happen several times and have told the staff. Wasted money. I've gotten sick from the last one I tried to drink. Stomach issues for 2 days..
