Icee Capp Machine hasn't been cleaned. It tasted horrible. I've had this happen several times and have told the staff. Wasted money. I've gotten sick from the last one I tried to drink. Stomach issues for 2 days..

Worst one I have ever been to. Place is dirty. Ordered a medium ice cappuccino and they gave me half cup that tasted nothing like an ice capp.

I come in almost every morning, and I get a iced caramel macchiato with an extra shot of espresso and cold foam. Every time I come to this location, they do not give me the espresso I paid for and gave me nothing but milk. When I said something to them, she dumped the espresso out on top of the cold foam and added another shot. She was rude and so was the guy at the window because she got attitude with him. You have two good workers there one she is very nice and she greets you every morning with a smile, and the other is your order is very nice. They usually work Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday. I’m tired of paying for extra and not receiving it. It should be really dark since I ordered four shots of espresso and below is what I got.

Went through the drive through - realized after I was down the road that I was not given my receipt. I tried calling the store - no answer. I went back and asked for a reprint of the receipt and was told that they could not assist me. Total lack of caring. This was a work expense that I need a paper receipt for.

This review is coming after working near this location for 2 years. I try a specialty drink here every so often thinking I'm just not ordering right or that I got a bad drink. However, after 2 years and several attempts at ordering a decent fun little coffee drink, you guys just can't make coffee drink taste very good. The best way I can describe the drinks is flavorless and watered-down, even the non-iceed beverages. Unless you have a very specific and heavily altered order, try somewhere else.

I got a sandwich from this particular location and they gave me an egg with a green yoke, I was sick for an entire day, and when I was finally able to get into the store to try to get my money back for the sandwich (cause I don’t know anyone who would want a remake on something that made them sick for an entire day, myself included) I just wanted my money back and I was told a manager wouldn’t be there until the morning on the next day. Making it two days after this happen when I finally walked into the store to try to get this taken care of and they basically laughed in my face like I was even crazy for asking and lied to me that they could not refund me after talking to manager who said they would at a different location (my bad absolutely for calling the wrong store of course but to be then lied to because you don’t want to do what you can for the costumer) this was honestly awful over all in this location. Management honestly made me cry during this interaction and they showed no care in the world they had laughed at someone like that. I couldn’t even believe I would be lied to right to my face and laughed at for something so serious.

Food is fine, service is good. I got a strawberry lemonade and was shocked when I realized i only got 3 sips out of it. A lot of ice though! A totally unnecessary amount! The iced drinks are a waste of money.

Does the store run itself on the weekend? Why is there always a line wrapped around the store not moving I end up having to pull off every time after waiting 10 minutes.
