Very clean inside. Display of donuts look yum. That being said the bacon egg biscuit breakfast sandwich I ordered was not worthy of eating. It was cold. I asked to reheat. I opened the bag and the sandwich was completely crumbled, literally the biscuit was in pieces, dry and hard. I am from out of state, this was my first experience at a TH. I will be finding another coffee shop on my next visit. Disappointed.

I ordered a large iced coffee with oat milk and it was served in a medium sized cup. When I asked why the cup was clearly marked medium on the side, I was told it was because I asked for oat milk. I was charged for a large coffee and was served a medium even after I questioned the service was not remedied.

Donut was fresh and delicious but Tim Horton has forgotten how to make their Signature coffee!! I keep stopping, hoping to get the coffee I love but you keep failing. This was made fresh but I could taste the cleaner used to clean the pot!! You’re breaking my heart.

I used the drive thru last week and the guy at the window was rude to my husband.Today I went into the store to see if it was any better. I ordered a dozen donuts and the girl disappeared. The manager was returning this guy's 2 drinks because he did not like them. Hmm So waiting for the girl to show up I just told the manager you know what I want my refund since I already paid and just waiting for service now I'm leaving. He said can I ask why. Cause I'm waiting this long for donuts and it's 10.30 not even busy and the girl disappeared. He then refunded me and turned his back and said to the other associate well that was weird. No bad customer service and the manager showing that it's OK to talk back in front of a customer. I will not be back.

The donuts are way better at tim hortons in Canada. Less variety and didnt seem fresh.

Ordered a coffee and two breakfast sandwiches. Gave me my coffee and them everyone headed to the back. Took a seat while waiting for food. After about 8 minutes, I went back to counter to get someones attention and asked if they had forgotten about my order, said one minute, placed food on counter in bag, bacon was half cooked cold cheese the egg had water on it and one bite the biscuit fell apart! Never will visit this location again. Tried to say something, server said no English and went to the back.
Worst timhortons experience , person at the drive through didn’t understand anything I was asking couldn’t order anything I kept asking about a breakfast wrap that all the other timhortons locations have and they went “only breakfast” like yes??? That is breakfast.. and their menu also doesn’t show any food they offer . Only had drinks and coffee listed . Like horrible
