can’t win with this location every time 8 out of 10 time coffee tastes really bad tried different things and it is always the same specially early in the morning, totally different experience with other locations

Two days in a row y'all get my order wrong and I was the only customer at the time I went. Yesterday I ordered sausage biscuit and got a small strip of bacon 🥓. Today I ordered a sausage biscuit and just got egg 🍳 and cheese in the biscuit.

Went through the drive through this morning and ordered a simple large coffee. They handed me a small something. It was some drink I don't recognize. When I tried to tell them it was wrong they just stared at me like they were confused. I have gone to Tim Hortons almost every morning for a decade, and they want to ruin it all for $3? Fine. I'll go to REV or Starbucks from now on instead.

I went through the drive thru this morning and ordered an everything bagel with sausage, egg, and cheese and received an everything bagel with bacon, egg, and cheese. I got to work which was 5 minutes from the Tim Horton's and immediately tried to call the store 3 times and no answer. What a disappointment. This store has more problems than its worth based on other reviews. No way for them to make things right when they don't answer the phone. Guess I will have to call corporate as this seems to be the going trend with this place.

Today morning, I ordered a bacon egg and cheese, and you can confirm my order twice, but still he decided to give me beef, beef, egg, and cheese in in my biscuits, I tried calling the phone number. No one is picking up. I don’t know how to get my cash back, disappointed in the morning.

Had a coupon for ice coffee which brought them down half price. The app said scan before pay. When scanning the amount did not come off and the general manager said there is nothing we can do. Typical service today. Just say idk and make you pay. She rather waste drinks than figure it out.

I use them 4 times a week. If all you're doing, is getting a drink this location is fine.
If however want something basic, like a bagel with cheese and bacon onle, they will mess it up. Three times in a row, no matter how much emphasis you put on not wanting an egg because fasffood eggs are gross.

Ordered six breakfast sandwiches, two avocado toasts, 20 timbits and two coffees. Pulled up to the windows and the older lady who is there quite oftenis yelling at the other workers that six sandwiches is too many. Screaming at him to tell me to pull up around the building and wait. We waited for quite a while and a lady comes out and gives us our food. I get home and the timbits aren't in the bag. I called back and the guy tells me it was her first day and that I can drive back to get the timbits. I won't be driving back and I won't be going to this place anymore.

The blond “manager” or whatever she is was extremely rude. I inquired about difference in pricing when order the same thing multiple days. She told me this is how it should be done when 10 other employees across three TH do not do it that way. She then waved me off and told the girl to just give me my food so I would leave.

She was rude 6 months ago when I stopped going there and thru moving places I’ve been so busy I’ve had to stop nearby. 3 days in a row with polite and friendly staff until today. I will not be back there again but to wave hand at customer, like get the heck out of here, because asking why being charged more is absurd. She’s a nasty thing

I went to order the coffee I stop on order place in a big line behind me no one ask nothing I direct went to the window so the dude was upset and ask me to turn around all the way which I refuse it cuz of 5 minutes wait on order place so after getting my coffee he didn’t give me sugar and straw which I went back walk in he knows his mistake so in advance he say don’t show me the attitude lol and I just reply to him that respect your consumer
