Was quick. Service was fine, it was early. But I was the only one there and both the parking spaces by the door were full which appears to have been being used by employees rather than left for customers.

Hooded Smoke

I got just a sandwich, but the cashier acted as if I asked for the whole dang menu. From what I could here from the diner, the drive-thru worker sounded nice enough, but wow the cashier looked like she'd rather be dead than working. The sandwich was good, they got the order right, so that was a plus. Y'all need to have a talk with your employees because this seems to be a consistent problem. Also, $6 for just a sandwich is crazy work, man.

Grace Hello

I went there this morning hoping to get a fall drink. Nope asked for a pumpkin spice latte. Said that there machine was broken. Then I asked for the Carmel Apple drink, they ran out. They only could make a regular iced coffee with no flavor. I get things happen but come on, everything is broken and out on a Monday? They also can never hear you at the speaker and always has an attitude. Sorry you have to do your job you’re getting paid to do. I’ll go to Starbucks now on. Thanks.

Two days in a row y'all get my order wrong and I was the only customer at the time I went. Yesterday I ordered sausage biscuit and got a small strip of bacon 🥓. Today I ordered a sausage biscuit and just got egg 🍳 and cheese in the biscuit.

Went through the drive through this morning and ordered a simple large coffee. They handed me a small something. It was some drink I don't recognize. When I tried to tell them it was wrong they just stared at me like they were confused. I have gone to Tim Hortons almost every morning for a decade, and they want to ruin it all for $3? Fine. I'll go to REV or Starbucks from now on instead.

I went through the drive thru this morning and ordered an everything bagel with sausage, egg, and cheese and received an everything bagel with bacon, egg, and cheese. I got to work which was 5 minutes from the Tim Horton's and immediately tried to call the store 3 times and no answer. What a disappointment. This store has more problems than its worth based on other reviews. No way for them to make things right when they don't answer the phone. Guess I will have to call corporate as this seems to be the going trend with this place.

Today morning, I ordered a bacon egg and cheese, and you can confirm my order twice, but still he decided to give me beef, beef, egg, and cheese in in my biscuits, I tried calling the phone number. No one is picking up. I don’t know how to get my cash back, disappointed in the morning.

Had a coupon for ice coffee which brought them down half price. The app said scan before pay. When scanning the amount did not come off and the general manager said there is nothing we can do. Typical service today. Just say idk and make you pay. She rather waste drinks than figure it out.

I use them 4 times a week. If all you're doing, is getting a drink this location is fine.
If however want something basic, like a bagel with cheese and bacon onle, they will mess it up. Three times in a row, no matter how much emphasis you put on not wanting an egg because fasffood eggs are gross.
