Thank you for still offering salads. Eating fast food is hard enough on the diet but sometimes it's the only option. Almost every other major fast food brand has quit having salad so I'm grateful for Wendy's not only having salads, but for having great salads. My favorite is the apple pecan salad. Mmmmmm

I went there like I usually do and I pretty much get good service but Friday I went there to get a small frosty and they charged me 6 bucks. The guy said it’s on them because he accidentally charged my card the same as the car ahead of me.. He then said he fixed it and it was on them. So I kept checking my statement. I really don’t appreciate how he charged my card after he said he made a mistake and would fix it!!! Then lie to me even when I asked him are you sure?! I wouldn’t complain but again I ordered 1 simple thing and they charged my card and probably won’t make it right. This is the second time!! So I don’t want to let it slide because last time it was 23 bucks and some change they charged me. This is the service we’re getting now. Oh it was the drive through around 9 pm this last Friday. First time ok mistake second time no I’m not letting it slide. Hope they see this because it is wrong!!! They got me for almost 30 bucks from this restaurant. Hope Mangement gets a hold of me.

Went to this location at 12am and the employees had the doors locked and were ignoring me at the door. Their hours say that the restaurant is open until 1am. I am not happy with the non existent service I received tonight. Shame on you Wendy’s 👎

Every time I go here I’m reminded why I always say I need to drive across town to go to another one. Today we got 2 kids meals, saucy nuggs & 2 JBCs. I noticed he didn’t give us straws so I asked for those as we left but then we got home to find neither kid got a toy, we are missing both ranches and the fries were cold. I mean you have no one even taking orders so you’d think you could focus on quality control?
