Every time I go here I’m reminded why I always say I need to drive across town to go to another one. Today we got 2 kids meals, saucy nuggs & 2 JBCs. I noticed he didn’t give us straws so I asked for those as we left but then we got home to find neither kid got a toy, we are missing both ranches and the fries were cold. I mean you have no one even taking orders so you’d think you could focus on quality control?

Went to get fries and the new Wednesday Frosty on a Friday and they didn’t have Frosty available their machine was already shut down for the night like how is that even possible it’s 11:30pm and you all don’t close for another hour and a half I just don’t get why they close the frosty machine down so early I used to work for Wendy’s as a manager it don’t take long to break it down and clean it don’t get why they can’t wait till closing time to shut it down so people that work later can actually get food before they close

I can always can on Wendy's. I have to admit the Coke Free Style machine is a blast! They have over 100 flavors. I always like to see if there is anything new!!

Dude is the drive through at 11pm (because I work 3rd shift.) was very short with me. Pretty sure he was fried out of his mind. My order was all bad. No straw for my drink. No napkins. Ordered a Dave's double and got a single and the bun was a rock. 10 piece nuggets were cold and stale. Ordered them with ranch. Didn't get any. Fries were also cold and stale. I typically eat at home but tonight decided to go out and get some Wendy's. Wish I would have just stayed home. Huge waste of time and my money.
