Prices keep rising. Staff gets cut. Pay doesn't go up and it's always understaffed. Easily the most consistently bad experience of any fast food place in the area. Sad because it used to be 10/10 every time

It would be nice if they actually stuck to the times they say they are open on. On the door it says the lobby is open at 6am. Several times I have come here after 6:30 am and the doors are locked. And also on Monday evening. Thanks for wasting my time and gas money

Well i got say that this is now the worst wendy ever first i go to get some food and the darl skin lady asked what i wanted then was like told me to wait then said ok what is it then hold on a sec like she was one the phone then i told her what i wanted and she asked like 50 times what as if she didnt here me or didnt understand my perfect english ok i give her my order cool the guy at the register was cool very nice ok get to the window and the lady was like on the phone or something she was the one taking orders doesnt give me my drinks then some dark skin kinda of chubby guy looks kinda of femine looking gives me the food and ask if i have my drinks all ready no i dont have my drinks already cause his coworker was on the phone like i had said so i tell him no then he gives me the drinks i go to ask for barbecue and he closes the window in my face after i get the drinks so i stay at the window looking in and the lady taking order sees me and i wave and i tell her they didnt give me my bbq sauce for my nuggets and can i get some ketechup as well for my fries since they didnt even ask me so she goes and grabs the ketechup and told the guy he you didnt give him his bbq sauce guys tell her something and she tells me that he personal put them in the bag as if i was a lier or was trying to steal some damn bbq i told her know look in the bag again just in case nothing so i procede to show her my bag and he was like whatever in there and gave them to me in a bad maner like you didnt even put them in the bag and then you gonna call me a lier and say you did when clearly it was not in the bag and as i was eating my food guess what the bbq was not even in the bags like i was correct in the first place and he got bothered by it very disrespectful behavior towards customers and manner i will never eat her again and will make sure no one else does either

This is the only location that consistently impresses me with the quality and presentation of the food. They always give me exactly what I've ordered, unlike other locations in the area. I order keto friendly options for myself, and they always make sure to fill the bowl/container with extra lettuce, (again, the one and only location I've been to that does this) which is very much appreciated ☺️ The bacon is always crispy and never undercooked. The employees were very friendly this afternoon as well. Attached are pictures of my food, all from different visits. Note the consistency in quality each time. It does not go unnoticed! Will keep returning!

Went to get fries and the new Wednesday Frosty on a Friday and they didn’t have Frosty available their machine was already shut down for the night like how is that even possible it’s 11:30pm and you all don’t close for another hour and a half

The hoods are not working nor the air conditioning and the manager is disgusting the back door is wide open and the food is horrible. This place is disgraceful to Dave Thomas and his family. Needs to be addressed immediately. /G\\

Black, middle aged woman took my order. Didnt ask large or medium, gave me large, and food smelt/tasted like weed. Food is a straight up health violation.
Worst fast food place ever! Waited 20 minutes in the drive thru. And this is the only Wendy’s I seen, who charges for extra money for sauces. I was trying to order 2 meals with some chicken nuggets and they didn’t had nuggets. I asked this black lady with glasses to give me 3 packs of ranch because I was buying a lot of food and she said I have to pay for the sauce. And she was being very rude. If I go order anything online it doesn’t make you pay for the sauces so idk what they’re doing at this place. Disappointed me every time I go there. Never going again.

6/7/25 the girl at the first window today at 3:30 with a low cut was incredibly rude. A lot of time you skip the first window and go directly to pay at the second window. So i did that. She poked her head out the window and screamed “excuse me” and rolled her eyes and cocked her head in such a rude and nasty way. And then when i backed up and said “my bad” she scoffed and snatched my phone out my hand to pay then slammed the window in my face. This girl doesn’t like her job clearly.
