Food, employees, all of it, gag nasty
This place is very scummy. Almost every time I go here I am automatically up-charged to a large combo without being asked if that's what I want. If I order a "single" combo, I end up getting charged for and receiving a double burger. The food is ok otherwise

Horrible customer service from every single employee but the person taking my cash. They’re all rude. Constant attitudes. Why work there if you don’t enjoy your job. They never have nothing fixed. Cookies never made. Frostys machine never ready to go.

I ordered a strawberry lemonade, a double cheeseburger, and some baconator fries.
I ate my burger on my way home and made the mistake of eating my fries once I was home. Imagine my surprise when there was NO cheese sauce whatsoever in my fries which is pretty ridiculous. That's half of the reason why I order those fries. Quite disappointed. Apparently I need to be even more thorough when checking my food instead of assuming that it was made right when I briefly checked it.

This doesn't look like the chicken in the advertisement pictures, dryer and thinner than the cookie. Wendy's used to be my go to for quality and price, but has been going down hill in quality, and not just this location.

Old manager at night 1/12/25 argued with me about not giving me my drinks , he says he remembers every order of the day and he never forgets drinks , he kept tryna argue with me and says he remembers giving me the drinks(he’s perfect never forgets anything on orders ) funny because he still forgets I said no ice on the replacement coke right in front of me 😂, he can’t accept the fact that he’s not always right . Horrible manager

This is a better option for Wendys than the ones on Renner, Wilson Rd, or down Roberts. I would choose this one or the one at the corner of Broad and Rome Hilliard if I am going to Wendys in the West Columbus area. It is usually clean, efficient, and the workers are good

Only Wendy’s that charges for barbecue sauce and the Central Hilliard Columbus/Dublin area. I ask for barbecue for my fries and never realized they have been charging me for years and mark it on the receipt as a charge for extra strawberry. Pretty sure someone is pocketing this money considering beside barbecue sauce it said no charge and had some miscellaneous charge for strawberry something and ask what the charge was for and they said they don’t have a charge for barbecue on their computer so they use that. If there’s no charge for it, then you shouldn’t be getting charged for it. Going to look into it a little more hell it’s hard to tell how much money they took from me without me knowing over the years.

Waited inside for 30 minutes and came home to open my food and got this. I ordered a double baconator and mushroom bacon burger. This cost me $21 and I’m so disappointed. Coming home to see this actually made me cry

This is the worst Wendy’s I have ever been to in my entire life. They’ll make you wait 10 minutes to hand you old fries and dried up old chicken. The rudest workers with the worst attitudes and an unprofessional night shift manager. Also, instead of telling you they’re out of stuff, they’ll just hand you a bag with something else and offer you no refund whatsoever. I have tried time and time again and no matter what it’s awful food and awful service.
I think having a nasty attitude is a requirement for working at this location bc so many of the employees here have been so nasty for me for no reason throughout all the times I’ve been going here. Management must be miserable to have so many miserable employees.
