We went here last night before we hit the highway to head home a 2-hour trip. Our food was less than desirable. Our fries were old, not fresh at all. I just wish we would have went somewhere else

Utter trash. Practically the worst burgers I've ever had. Bottoms were ALL soggy. Flavor was not good. Never had white Castle before today. This is my last time ever. :BARF:

Went late ( or early, depending how you look at it) and ordered double cheeseburgers and mozzarella sticks. The burgers had been sitting on the griddle too long and we're dried out and overcooked. They didn't give me any marinara for sticks either. They are practically inedible without it.

Our first experience for Valentine's Day at White Castle and I have to say we were pleasantly impressed with how nice the restaurant looked. The staff was friendly, food was good, but if you like white Castle then it's a win win. Overall we would go back again for Valentine's.

Valentine's Day reservations at White Castle is a Columbus tradition that we decided to try this year. The restaurant was decorated with balloons, a selfie wall, table coverings, Flowers and candles. Our waitress tried hard, the host worked to manage the door and seat people. All without regular experience on one of the busiest dining out evenings of the year. Everyone did great! They had a special menu of suggested bundles plus the option to order off the menu. Learn from my rookie mistake. You can use a credit card for your meal but not gratuity. Bring cash to show your server love on Valentine"s day.

I took my husband there for Valentine's Day because he loves White Castle and there are none where we live. It did not disappoint! We were greeted at the door with a smile and a warm welcome. Our waitress was very sweet and brought our dinner followed by a valentine craft and finished it off with a treat bag. We got better service here than we do at some better restaurants. Well done!
Valentine's Day at White Castle... it doesn't get any more romantic that that! We had a fun time and will do it again.

Was passing through from the east coast to Indiana. Columbus is the first area that has a White Castle as you drive west. Was stoked to finally get some. I ordered the #2 with a 5 piece mozzarella cheese stick. The meal itself seemed fresh. The thing I look forward to the most as soon as i open my bag are those freshly cooked mozzarella cheese sticks. You know those first few minutes when you can take a bite and the melted cheese just makes a long string. Well these were just warm like they’d been sitting for a bit and definitely were NOT melty. I was disappointed to say the least.
