I pre-placed a large order for a pop up event and with traffic I ended up being a little bit late to pick up my order >30 mins and they let me know it would take a minute because they were going to remake the order to ensure freshness and quality. Not only is that way above and beyond customer service for something that was not their fault in an any way but shows the pride in delivering a high standard of food regardless of the situation.
I will absolutely order catering from them again and I will be a better patron and call them the second if I run into any delay so they are prepared however they need! I order a lot for work at a variety of establishments and this has been a positive notable one!

Got a variety of things for family, but I ordered regular white castles with no cheese (blah) and extra pickles. I got half of my order and no extra pickles. I did get someone else's order though - fish sandwiches.

The employee working the drive thru at 4am today was very rude and seemed very irritated about what I had ordered. I like coming here late night because I work night shift and the full menu is offered. I have never had a problem until now, but my experience was so negative that I don't know if i will be back.

On November 13 about 1:10 We made a order for 4 Sliders and 2 Brakefast Sandwich with Sausage, Egg, and Cheese. . . . I DID NOT get the right Meat ( I don't like bacon on An EGG Sandwich! ) The two persons taking the ORDER chanced the Order. SO next time I go to Whitney Cocell PLEASE GET MY ORDER WRIGHT!
