This is the best place that no one is going to
First time trying Yabos Tacos and disappointed to say the least. We submitted an online order, we arrived and the order didn’t process in the computer system. Staff was nice and made the order in less than 10min. Food is brought out and missing part of the order. Additional item is made in 5min; however, I got home and noticed items that were advertised in the menu were missing in the order. I shouldn’t have to go to a restaurant, order and pay money and have to check to make sure the order is right. It’s beyond frustrating.

Yabo’s is a great taco chain restaurant. I came here for taco Tuesday and their mini tacos cost $2. I chose shredded chicken and pork tacos which were juicy with fresh lettuce and cheese. Their strawberry spicy sauce was impressive, perfectly matched with tacos. This location had a great dining room, bar, and patio. WiFi was available. However, there was only one server in the store at Tuesday night. They could hire more people.

Barmaids tend to walk away from you when trying to order, better to sit at a table, salad was very good

Disappointing food.
Even though our waiter was kind, good service cannot fix bad food. The fried pickles felt like they were kept cold in the fridge and then not fried enough so that the outside was warm & soggy while the inside still cold. The "wet" red salsa tasted like the kind you get out of a jar for Italian pasta with some added herbs on site (not a good fit for Mexican dishes). The bowl was on the smaller side and tasted like instant rice that was placed in the microwave with not-good-tasting, oversalted toppings. There were no complimentary chips. Came here out of curiosity, but there is no reason to come back having the "Local" taco place a few blocks down, or even Chipotle for that matter. Do not recommend.

Great place. We are from out of town and Yabo's is a must visit when we come to Columbus!

We had a really lovely dining experience with our server, Jill. She was very friendly, attentive and took our comments about an issue with the roasted jalapeños seriously and apologized for the issue even though it wasn’t her doing. The roasted jalapeños we ordered were supposed to come loaded with cheese, but ours had a very small amount of cheese on them which we showed and explained to Jill. Again, she was super professional and handled the situation very well. She was the only server working so it was a little busy and when an order was done the two young kitchen staff hit the bell multiple times in a row, which seemed a bit unnecessary. After that happened, the kitchen staff in the picture were belittling her, making comments all in ear shot of our table and others. We’re happy to elaborate what we heard in a private conversation if you’d want. It was super unprofessional and totally uncalled for. Their attitude shows their immaturity and lack of respect for her and the whole restaurant. I hope that something is done about their behavior, because it was unacceptable in any environment whether in a tense situation or not. We love coming to Yabos and know this behavior from the kitchen staff is not up to the restaurant’s standard.
Kitchen staff and pepper in the attached photos.
We went Sunday, August 18 around 4:30 pm.

When I tried this for the first time, I was really impressed with the Tandoori Taco, that was especially my favorite.
