Usually amazing, but this time pizza was burnt, and my Buffalo chicken "sliders" was just a sub bun cut into 3 slices. Definitely not an appetizer I can serve for my guests... Plus no blue cheese on it. I ended up just throwing the bun away and serving the chicken with toothpicks... Not writing them off but I'll think twice before deciding where I get my food for a sports watch party.

I love this place , I just am upset that every time I order the large stromboli it's never cooked in the center. Raw dough doesn't taste good. And it's so expensive to eat out now , anything wrong with an order feels like a waste of money. Pizzas and subs here are delicious. People are always friendly but.....Steer clear of the Stromboli. For some reason they can't get it done inside.For the record : My Stromboli order was pep and cheese and banana peppers. Sooo I don't believe that is hard to cook , even in a Stromboli roll. The person had used tooooo much dough and it was so thick it stayed raw. I really wish they could just take ownership of the issue. Or if you can't cook them properly, quit serving them. Yeesh!

We found zuko's pizza during covid, on a cold snowy winter night. When the idiots tried to shut everything down. We have been a regular customer sense. Joe the owner, and other family members d o a awesome job. Last night I was in the store. A delivery driver came in for an order. They asked what the customers name was, and the individual just held up their phone so the employee can look at the name. That's not there jobs! What kind of idiots are we hiring? It's everywhere we go now.

The pizza is delicious!! My favorite place when I want a good slice of pizza. I got carry out about 2 days ago and then guys that were work were nice. If you are looking for a new place to try I would choose this place!A downside to the pizzas, is that they are smaller than the typical size and expensive.

Pizza was some of the best I had.I did not like the wings but that is just a preference thing. I'm not a fan of baked wings they usually come out slimy. They did seem to be quality and seasoned well.(My only recommendation would be to note on 3rd party delivery apps that they are baked wings not fried)

Just had a "New York" style pizza, and I gotta say, this ain't it, champ. Just your basic run of the mill pizza cut into triangles. That does not make it "New York" style. Why can't we Ohioans ever get this right???
The pizza is great but try the Italian dry rub traditional wings or the Italian dry rub with sriracha. Those are amazing!!!Only thing that would make them better is if they offered a dairy free cheese option too

EDIT to respond - No sir you did not. At no point did you offer to remake the pizza for me free of charge. You said you would make me another pizza. Never did you say that it was free. And I actually said to you I did not want to pay for another pizza. I had already spent $40 dollars in ordering and getting this 10" pizza delivered. It was clear in your attitude that dealing with a customer that wasn't satisfied was beneath your patience. Based on what you said you DID clearly blame me for ordering wrong and not only was I going pay for the pizza you would also not deliver it to me. There was not an ounce of kindness or understanding in my interaction with you. Just annoyance and a tone of being condescending to a customer. Yes maybe in the end I did order incorrectly but I did not realize because as I changed the size of the pizza it automatically changed the crust without alerting me to such. If this wasn't an issue for us I would not have called. So no maybe it's not your fault, clearly you believe it was all on me, but your response to me that day as well as to my review says it all!!I placed an order online for delivery. In placing the order I started out with a 14” NY style pizza. As I was in my cart I decided that 14” was too big and changed the item to 10”. Easy enough you’d think. Much to my surprise when my pizza was delivered I received a 10” Columbus style. I called right away and talked to Brian. He didn’t care what I was telling him. His attitude was one of annoyance and fairly condescending. Whether he was mansplaining me or just being very rude I’m not sure. He told me they don’t make a 10” NY style. Well that’s great but online when you change the size it doesn’t tell you it’s also changing your crust style. He said he’d make a 14” for me to buy and pick up because his delivery drivers were busy. So that was a no. This was my first, and last order with Zuko’s. Also we ordered 6 boneless wings that were cold. And for $6 pretty disappointing with the smallest boneless wings I’ve ever been served. With tip this was a $40 endeavor that was beyond disappointing on so many levels!! My son doesn’t like Columbus style so he didn’t eat the pizza. The tiny boneless wings had to be reheated in the microwave. Not delicious. And the sad part is I like to support local and had they taken care of the issue in a kind and helpful manner my family would have continued to support this business.

Your customer service is terrible I would not recommend your pizza to anyone, and I made a dordhash for that restaurant when I arrived an employee told me to wait 7 minutes that the order was not ready, and I waited patiently and they kept me waiting for another 20 minutes and an employee treated me with disrespect and yelling , I do not recommend this place the service is very disrespectful!

Got the ny style pizza. Ingredients tasted fresh, not overly greasy and the crust was nice and crispy. Me and My son's demolished this pizza. Customer service was nice on the phone and the pizza came in a timely manner. Was hesitate to try but I am so glad I did! Easily one of my favs for now on.
