I have tried many of the bakery items, beverages, soups, shakshuka, and crepes at Coco Cafe. Everything has been fresh and delicious and so different from anything else in the area. Lovely little spot in Hinckley!

I'm glad I discovered this place. The cafe is beautifully decorated, and the coffee is consistently good. I wish there were some gluten-free options because my best friend has celiac disease, and there's only one option for her to have there.

It is so nice to find a coffeeshop that prepares espresso drinks with more traditional ratios. We had a cortado and an 8oz cap/latte. Both were excellent without the bitterness of most American coffeeshops. They also had the 12oz and 16oz drinks for those that prefer that type of drink. The two pastries we had were also very good without excessive sweetness. Wonderful place!

Coco Cafe is a great option for Hinckley, nothing else like it in the area. I stopped in and had shakshuka, a danish, and a cold brew. The food came out fast and fresh and was very tasty. I didn’t have to wait long to order even though the cafe was busy. Friendly staff and local ownership, professionally managed. Clean, spacious cafe with a nice, calm atmosphere that is perfect for to-go orders or to stick around for a few hours to chat or work on the computer. They even have a glass window to the kitchen in the back. Highly recommend.
