Wish I could give 0 stars. Ice cream was horrendous & completely freezer burned. There were literal ice chunks, wish I took a picture. The blonde haired, older woman was so unfriendly and had a terrible attitude. I had forgotten to ask for whipped cream, so my bf went up to her and she slammed down the book she was holding, and charged $1 for some whip cream. Ridiculous & a Rip off. Not to mention we were not greeted when we entered nor when we left. Used to love this place but it’s so run down now. Never going back.

The younger worker there was AMAZING, she served my food in a timely manner, the new manager was also very welcoming. I highly recommend tipping the younger blonde girl (after you tip she does a little dance move).

We stopped by for ice cream after a hike, the place is so cute! The flavors of ice cream were really yummy, and I thought the staff were super friendly. We will definitely come back here when we’re on this side of town again.
This place is not the same like it used to be. Mr Z, the original owner, was amazing!! He made sure all of his customers were treated with the best service and enjoyed the best quality of ice cream. Today, this business is now filled with a team of cold workers who couldn’t care less about how they treat each other and their customers. I went to get ice cream tonight and had the worst experience with how I was treated by the staff and the ice cream doesn’t taste the same at all - they even charge extra for whip cream that used to just come with their buzzards. Highly recommend not visiting here and don’t plan on visiting again. Save your money on a place with a better experience and a tastier summer treat!

The original owner of Z's, was the very best and top notch, the atmosphere was kind and welcoming . Unfortunately I was unaware of this new ownership now and I am saddened to say it is no longer a place I will be going and taking my family
Tonight I experienced extremely rude young workers at the window "apparently asking for your credit card back after you received your ice cream is irritating to a teenager " she had my card for over 5 min. I was nice to this older lady who handed me my ice cream and just said can I have my card back, she then asked this younger worker for my card and this younger worker snapped at the women and the women said " dont get mad at me shes the one asking for her card" then the younger worker rolled her eyes at me"
I was so upset by the interaction I called and spoke to the so called manager who basically didn't care
If the company that owns z's sees this review DO BETTER
