Although I have not been in years, I still have a fondness for Z’s. I used to come here during Highschool and sang karaoke with friends while we ate our ice cream ☺️

Been here a few times, coffee is OK. Not my favorite, but it was good when I was in the area. I will not be returning. Today ordered an large Iced mocha. Was not even drinkable, something had soured. Tasted like I was drinking sour milk, with mocha sauce. When I was in the drive thru there were no other customers, and employees standing staring out the window. Five mins down the road when I discovered my drink was inedible, I called, just rang and rang, till I got the restraunt voicemail. Will not be returning.

On a bumming around day we thought ice cream would hit the spot. On a saturday we figured everything would be open so we got there at 1:45. We were told to leave because we were 15 mins early.. so baby Parker and us went elsewhere.

The best ice cream but would only recommend they get proper cups for sundaes. The sundaes are never great because the cups don’t hold any topping well because they are straight instead of flaring out.

This is a confusing shop. The ice cream is pretty good and there is a decent variety of flavors. However, there are other ice cream shops in the area that I would rather go to.How is the coffee? No clue. This place advertises that they are a coffee shop in the name, yet they are not open in the morning. Would be nice to actually have a morning coffee option in this area since there are no other places nearby. Not sure what the logic is here but this is a huge missed opportunity
Need to take the chili off your screen if you do not carry it. They told me it was a winter item but still showing on your billboard. Misleading when ordering.

Very disappointed in this place! The workers were not nice and accommodating with their menu and attitude in general to my whole family. The menu consisted of weird items like chili and ice cream…. Looked nice from outside but looks outdated as well. Only one non dairy option, for allergies. Definitely not coming back.

I used to enjoy visiting Z's with my family. Their ice cream was (and probably still is) outstanding. I don't mind paying a bit more for good quality and service. However, we had a very poor experience yesterday which has soured me on this place for the foreseeable future.When we walked into the empty restaurant, none of the half-dozen employees behind the counter bothered to greet us. They were distracted by something going on with the drive-through and declined to acknowledge us as we stood at the register, waiting to place our order.One employee, an older lady, who had been rude and unfriendly during a previous visit, muttered "hang on" and moseyed between the cashiers' stations, tapping the computer screens. We continued to wait.I finally asked one of the other employees, "Should we come back later?" Embarrassed, she responded something about computer trouble. We waited another minute, without any acknowledgment or apology, before leaving the store. No one attempted to speak to us or convince us to stay.Every place has technical difficulties sometimes, and having to wait for ice cream is certainly not a big deal. But it's apparent that Z's doesn't care about their customers and doesn't want my business. Next time, I will be taking my family to one of the other excellent ice cream places in the area.

My husband and I tried Z’s early this year and loved it. They shut down for a while which was disappointing. When they reopened, we were so excited. We went there recently and were not greeted by anyone. An older lady working the counter and some younger girls were standing around looking confused. Apparently the computers were not working properly. We ended up leaving because the only interaction we had was with the older lady and all she said was “hang on” in a rude way. So disappointing because we really loved Z’s and they had delicious ice cream.
