Haven't been in years. Came back and they've changed a LOT. Mac n cheese and coslaw tasted weird, potions are clearly smaller, half the food on the SAME PLATE was cold while the other half was burning hot. It was nice and quiet though.

So we spent a good chunk of money for our order which was supposed to be beef tips and mashed potatoes/loaded mashed potatoes and what we got was a dry hamburger patty barely covered in mushrooms and onions. They said it’s beef and threw it in there I guess. If this wasn’t supposed to be a Christmas dinner for my mom I wouldn’t be so upset but even her beef tips were a hamburger patty. My husband ordered the cow cake and we did not receive that either but were charged for it. Hoping they can make this right because you never know if it was someone’s worse week and this dinner could’ve set everything right in their mind again. Nope. Goes to show how uncaring this state is. Why bother having a restaurant if you don’t care? Why bother coming in to work if you’re just going to make things harder for others? I’m sorry if this makes anyone upset but we are not happy. It was our first time ordering from this location and we will be avoiding it in the future.

Hostess said we’d only wait about 10 minutes, half an hour later not even an update, and to boot we saw the kitchen staff hand out contaminated food to someone picking up their order which they got wrong.

There were maybe 4 other tables with diners, seemed to be a full staff, yet we had to wait 20 minutes for a table. Couldn't get our free refills of our cold brew coffees. Server wasn't good about refills in general.
