I stood at the hostess stand for like 10 mins while staff looked at me and then turned away. I was seated with no cutlery, napkins or anything. The young lady who actually brought my drinks was fine. You could tell the manager was running like crazy.

Management is very rude to her staff my waitress she was very busy and but she was great. Instead of offering to step in and help like any good manager should she just had my server holding back tears. I asked my waitress to tell her she was rudesince I'm sure she didn't ill say it now Kayla you are rude.

I had a take out order The Potato soup is always delicious ! I also ordered a side of Cole slaw, when I got home the coleslaw was so soupy, there were 2 bites of Cole slaw and the rest was liquid, container was only half full. One time it is perfect, one time dry and the next time it is so soupy. When a worker is dishing this up I just cannot believe that they would be okay serving it like that 😢 They have great food, but just not consistent like Bob Evans was when I was growing up

Absolutely worthless to go to this restaurant. The waitress came, took our order and disappeared for 15 minutes then brought our food out that was half cold, then vanished for half a hour until she came back with a check. Food portions were horrible my father ordered a half sandwich and soup. BLT came out with 1 miniscule chunk of bacon. And had broth instead of actual chicken noodle soup. And there was no one else in the place. $49 for lousy food and service.
Alexis is a great server. I always ask for her section because I know the service is top notch. She knows my order well enough that my extra crispy hashbrowns will be crispy when they come out. She makes sure my order is to my liking BEFORE she serves it. I appreciate this so much. Thanks Alexis for the great service.
