0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND! Nowonder they are never busy. We were shopping in the area and we were hungry for something quick. Of course culvers and raising cane's were both packed and burger King had ZERO people in line. We ordered. The guy repeated it twice with us having to correct him twice. We get our food. We were missing a sandwich. Pulled back around and before we even said anything, a guy came over the intercom and said "missin' a original chicken" and we said yes, with tomato and cheese and the guy said "all I have is an original chicken. Pull around." We pulled around and asked for a differnt sauce for the nuggets. The guy goes "25 cent" we said nevermind because we didn't want to pay for it because it wasn't that big of a deal to get a different one. And the guy handing us our food said "yeah well you didn't pay for the tomato and cheese either." Then shut the window." Hire people who can speak clearly to customers and professionally and you probably won't be out of business here soon.

Stopped for a quick bite to eat, received fast, courteous service, and the place was somewhat busy. Tables could use some cleaning and parking lot could use more light. It's on the main road in Holland, so it's easy to find to stop for a quick lunch.
Slow slow slow want to waste 20 mins for a fast food hamburger on a 30 min lunch break go to this pathetic place

Guy working the drive thru today 09/12/24 around lunch could not have been any more careless and rude than he was. He clearly hates his job. The only thing I ordered was a nugget and side of ranch and they forgot the ranch? It’s two items? When ordering he sighed and said “be right with you” then came back and goes “what do you want?” I also hate when a worker doesn’t say anything when you pay or get your food. It was an absolutely silent interaction, usually not bad, but terrible service from a not so great employee today.

Pathetic service. Why does it take 10-20 minutes to get through the drive-thru when I ordered my food in the app. Wasn't that supposed to make things faster and easier?
Then the guy at the cash register is obviously new, so he has a question calls the manager over I'm still waiting.
After 5 minutes of her dealing with the cash register she opens the window and says do you have an order?
No I just park in drive-thru's to inconvenience everyone else in the Free world when I'm hungry wanting food that I already pre-ordered....

This locations door dash is so scammy.. prices make no sense 12 bucks for a whopper jr sandwich only. But a bacon whopper jr 4 bucks??? To take off bacon cost 8 bucks? I checked 30 time this is sandwich only. Hamburger 2 bucks add cheese it’s 7.50 like how is cheese equal in cost to 2 hamburgers? Again sandwich only no combo…

Walked in and the lady said she couldn't take our order cuz she had a line around the building yet no one was at her speaker on the outside so we left and went elsewhere
