This store in Holland, Ohio is a mess. The Dinning Room, mens bathroom and the kitchen areas are all destroyed and nasty. There was 5 employees behind the counter and 2 were actually working.

Fast food is definitely not the way to go anymore. These people feel as if they are doing a service by just being here, yet they are way to slow. Not like it used to be years ago. Can actually go to a sit down restaurant and get served faster. And from what I have seen, alot of orders are coming out wrong. Sad tk say this world is getting worse day by day.

This place is atrocious! I went in to grab an order, two people looked at me and said nothing. One went back to their phone and the other continued their conversation they were having in the back. I proceeded to the drive thru where I was told I would have to come in. I told them I tried that and explained the situation. I was then blamed for not getting someone’s attention. This is the exact reason this chain is faltering. They have no idea about customer service and what it takes to run a restaurant. They should fire everyone one that shift and start over. It was 3/9/25 @700pm at the spring meadows location.

Wrong food as usual! What is so hard about checking a receipt to the food ordered?????

Orders from this location waste always wrong. Very slow and have had to pull around and wait several times. Food is never good and usually not very hot. I try to avoid Burger King all together, especially this location, but the kids will occasionally pick it when I let them choose and this location is usually the most convenient. Always hope the visit won't be as bad as the last, but never surprised when they let us down.

0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND! Nowonder they are never busy. We were shopping in the area and we were hungry for something quick. Of course culvers and raising cane's were both packed and burger King had ZERO people in line. We ordered. The guy repeated it twice with us having to correct him twice. We get our food. We were missing a sandwich. Pulled back around and before we even said anything, a guy came over the intercom and said "missin' a original chicken" and we said yes, with tomato and cheese and the guy said "all I have is an original chicken. Pull around." We pulled around and asked for a differnt sauce for the nuggets. The guy goes "25 cent" we said nevermind because we didn't want to pay for it because it wasn't that big of a deal to get a different one. And the guy handing us our food said "yeah well you didn't pay for the tomato and cheese either." Then shut the window." Hire people who can speak clearly to customers and professionally and you probably won't be out of business here soon.

Stopped for a quick bite to eat, received fast, courteous service, and the place was somewhat busy. Tables could use some cleaning and parking lot could use more light. It's on the main road in Holland, so it's easy to find to stop for a quick lunch.

Guy working the drive thru today 09/12/24 around lunch could not have been any more careless and rude than he was. He clearly hates his job. The only thing I ordered was a nugget and side of ranch and they forgot the ranch? It’s two items? When ordering he sighed and said “be right with you” then came back and goes “what do you want?” I also hate when a worker doesn’t say anything when you pay or get your food. It was an absolutely silent interaction, usually not bad, but terrible service from a not so great employee today.
