Was served cold food croissants were cold like the were out of a fridge so cold my cheese did not melt called to speak to manager and the general manager was so rude and nasty explained her procedure on how everything is in hot hopper so she don't know how food was cold could not explain how food was cold any time I asked something she would over talk me and then hung up on me worst customer service I have ever had at this location need to bring back other managers I will never eat this location and advise others to go to different location also

Went to the drive thru twenty minutes before closing lights on set and drive through for ten minutes.No one responded. Called the burger king no response. You could see the employees inside watching, not doing anything
