The service here was excellent. The food was pretty darn good. However I find it dissapointing that they have not added a Gluten Free hamburger bun to the menu by now. That was a forgivable thing 5 years ago but now they are fairly inexpensive and so easily accessible that you know someone at Chilis who makes these decisions is just being stubborn or ridiculous. Like it will somehow break their budget or they just don't like people who are allergic to wheat.

Updated Dec 2025. Looks like they finally have full staffing, was post Christmas busy. Got seated quick. Food was good as was the service. Was a bit loud, but has been some time since its been a nearly full restaurant.

Immediately greeted Immediately seated Drinks were at the table before I even got my coat off. Kyle our server had multiple tables and tended bar and I still didn’t have to ask for anything. My wife made me go on the Saturday before Xmas during lunch rush.

I’m not even kidding, this may have been the best burger I’ve ever had (Bacon Cheeseburger). This Chili’s has an incredibly friendly staff and amazing food. It was cold and windy outside, and inside was very warm and cozy. My fiancé and I keep joking that nothing is going to ever be better than this Chili’s experience. But I don’t think we’re joking…
