Just went to Chili's in Toledo Ohio yesterday and they have a new policy where they're not allowed to cook a burger under medium well burgers are no ways near now as good as they were before too dry in my opinion that's a shame they had a good burger before should have left well enough alone still good service though

We stopped at Chili’s for a quick bite while our dog was getting groomed nearby—and it turned out to be a great choice! We were so hungry we forgot to take pictures of the food, but everything was delicious. We started with the trio appetizer: sliders, mozzarella sticks, and egg rolls. The egg rolls had a bit of a spicy kick, but everything was full of flavor. For our main dish, we shared the chicken, steak, and shrimp fajitas. The portion was generous and came out sizzling hot. We both left full and very satisfied. Great service, tasty food, and perfect for a quick lunch break!
The place was half empty but they told us to wait 10-15 minutes for a party of 5. After 30 minutes I talked to the hostess and she said that sections were closed due lack of workers on their schedule. I said we could take a table for 4 and add a chair. She went to ask her manager. The manager, Linda, came back and immediately lied claiming that people called in sick. When I called her on that she tried to blame COVID???? That was 5 years ago ma'am. Luckily a young waitress agreed to take on an extra table in the closed area and did a great job. Poor staff planning followed up by excuses then the manager never came over and offered an apology or to discount the meal. Those poor young workers need better leadership.

Our server was amazing! She was extremely nice and helpful! The food was so good I didn't have leftovers! Will definitely go back if I'm in that area again!

I have always liked chili's. My wife not so much, but she liked it now as much as I do. I think they've changed the menu up a little, since the first time she ever had it which was at least 10 years ago. Just good food.
