From Wisconsin and love Culver's. The Food is great, service here is nothing like back home. Waited for 7 minutes for just an ice cream cone when there are only 2 other vehicles waiting. Consistently slow service, but great food.

The food here is so good we've stopped going to other restaurants 😅 The food gets 5 stars for sure, and so does the friendliness of the employees.

I just removed a star because our pick up and drive through orders are often missing something -- utensils, one of the drinks, the bread on the top of the fish sandwich (this has happened multiple times and is super aggravating), the kids meal corn dog, the kids meal custard, salad dressing, etc. So we always have to thoroughly check the bag before we drive away, and it's irritating to have to go inside for something that should have been there, especially when I have hangry screaming kids in my car. Seems to happen more when there are socializing teens working the kitchen.

But the quality of the food and people is the saving grace because we keep going back anyway.

I love this place so I am not going to give it 1 star but I really hope the manager takes this feedback and makes things a little better. The reason why we come here is because we always get FRESH food. The fries are actually crispy and made fresh unlike most fast food places. But last time i was here, I got 1 combo with a shake and cheese curds, and an extra side of onion rings. Thats it. I was in the drive thru line for 30 minutes, the people behind me were getting their orders quickly but I was just being ignored. I was actually fine with the wait, I really don’t mind waiting especially when they’re busy, as long as I get fresh food. When I finally got my food, the cheese curds were cold, as if they were fried 30 minutes before. The onion rings were extremely soggy and oily, also have been sitting there in the bag steaming, the chicken sandwich was cold, and my shake was melted. It was basically the texture of milk that’s how melted it was. Like I said I have no problem waiting if I get fresh food. But they clearly forgot about my order and when they noticed it 30 minutes later they just brought out what was in the bag and my melted shake and called it a day. I wish they would have re-made my order instead of giving it to me cold. I spent $18 and hardly ate. I will come back and try it again, but I really hope the employees are talked to about this. So manager please help fix this and I hope it’s not the new normal. 💕

The best vanilla custard I've ever had! But the drive thru is very slow. I get faster service going inside. I wonder if they do that on purpose so they don't have people coming through the drive thru as much.

Love Culver's! The food at this location is always great. The drive thru can be hit or miss when it comes to getting napkins and the sauces you order/pay for.

I ordered the chicken cashew salad. For $8.00 and change, it was terrible. Hardly any chicken, which wasn't separated after being cut, the lettuce was wilty. The onion rings are bland--the coating is a smooth batter. I went through the drive through--no napkins, no fork. Just a lazy crew.

I'm honestly not sure how this location even has 4 stars. It's been my experience that it's very much a crap shoot on whether you're going to get the correct order or not. If you get curbside or drive thru CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE YOU LEAVE. I'd say at least 50% of the time your going to be missing items or just have things you didn't order at all. Also be prepared to wait an extra 15 to 20 minutes longer than the stated time for curbside pick up. It seems as though they are understaffed and rushing to put orders together without quality checking them.
