Listen I love Culver’s and I’m more than happy to wait for the food. I know they prepare it fresh so that’s not a problem. The problem with this place is the service. They messed up my order royally and they person taking the order wasn’t very nice. Want to always give the benefit of the doubt maybe he was having a bad day. I got home and realized the entire order wasn’t wrong. I came back they apologized and gave me 2 free meals. So I go back today to use them and spend an additional $14 and they messed the entire thing up again. These guys need better training.

The food is really nice, especially the dessert. The service is good as well, really nice and amazing staff, but can be a little slow. The atmosphere is usually quite, the posters give of a nice vibe and the floors and tables are usually very clean. All on all, one of my personal favorite dining locations.

My heck, when I tell y’all how relieving a butterburger is at the end of a long day, I mean it. Those patties are so juicy and the toppings aren’t obsessive. Oh and the root beer is nothing short of divine, idk how they do it. More than that, the staff are beyond kind and friendly.
I really like the food here, but they really struggle. I've never gotten an order correct here. They are always missing a side, or a drink, or a whole meal. I often wait 20 mins or more for curbside service, or or in the drive through. They often lose my order and have to remake it.

This is the worst culvers. They are super slow and their customer service is terrible. We waited for over 30 minutes in the drive thru with everyone else getting their food before us. This happens often. Our food was cold and had obviously been sitting there forever. When we complained to the kid delivering it, he was super rude. We then called to talk to the manager and he was also rude. $45 down the drain. We like Culver’s, we dislike this location. 0 out of 5.

Went through the drive thru, the associate told me they’ll be back shortly. Little did they know their mic was on the whole time. Just heard a bunch of whining and yelling. Of an associate about their job, so i eventually said hello. And they didn’t know I could hear them and I get a response “ Shut up wait a second omg, I said I would be right back”. In the most disrespectful rude tone. As soon as the associate tried to assist me. I told them that I heard everything they were saying. And proceed to not order. I think a few associates in the drive thru so definitely work with their attitude.
