Stoped in on a Saturday at 5:45 and ordered extra Crispy…they weren’t sure they had. We got all our extra crispy which was the driest chicken we ever had! $40 for chicken we threw away!

When you’re already over spending for so-so fast food, it is especially off-putting to be treated like you are an annoyance to the girl in the drive thru. There was almost no one there, so I doubt it was a stressful situation. Makes me want to never go back. Came through just before 2pm Sunday, Oct 26, 2025.

I haven't been to a KFC for a few years. I was very disappointed in the service and customer service. The food was cold and only 1 person smiled and said hi. I wasted 11.00 for my meal. Im on a fixed income and dont get take out much. Won't go to this KFC again.

This KFC is always understaffed. I’ve been so many times and their systems are down or they are only taking cash. When they have been accepting orders, it’s often really slow service. I hope they hire more people!

6:30 on a tuesday and there was no chicken, I asked if it was all chicken and they said yes, all chicken a half hour wait. Poorly managed corporate needs to investigate

At 6 pm I was told I'd have to wait 25 minutes for chicken, so I orders a pot pie and was told that also required a 25 minute wait. I then ordered a big bowl and I only had a few pieces of chicken in it. I find it to be very poor time management to be out of both items at prime supper time. Very disappointed.

Placed an order for Pick Up via the KFC app. We arrived 20 minutes early so we went inside to inquire about our pick up time of 7:30pm and was told the order wouldn’t even be started till 7:30. The app showed our wait time 51-61 minutes In addition to that, customers waiting to order inside were told they would need to wait till the Drive Thru was waited on! Decided to cancel our order via the 800 number and was told that our case would need to be reviewed before a refund would be given. The operator couldn’t specify a time frame for the refund.
While the chicken is good, you can't go in the restaurant to eat or do a mobile app order without waiting 25-35+ minutes for the chicken. Even during peak times like dinner time. But cars that go through drive through are immediately served while making everyone inside wait. It's an awful system. Inside the dining room the floors are so sticky your shoes will be sticking to things for hours after you leave and the AC was leaking so bad they had huge puddles of water every where. To make matters worse I had a question about my order and stood at the register for a good 5-10 min and no one even bothered to look up from the kitchen or drive through to acknowledge I was even there.
After waiting almost 30 min the app said my order was ready. I went up to the counter to get it only be told I'm still waiting on chicken and it's not ready yet.
The man running the front is trying his hardest. He is nice and running ragged. But this KFC is ran like a bunch of kids threw it together. KFC the company should do better and do more to give these hard workers the support and staff that they need to run this business. Because KFC is running it in to the ground
Update: it's now been an hour and I'm still waiting on an 8 piece meal with 4 biscuits and 2 sides. Crazy. And I can't even cancel the order because the store marked it as complete 25 min ago
