Rude customer service, served famous bowls with no chicken. Biscuits were rock hard. Called and told them and they said we knew it was with no chicken. They did not tell us that. Manager would not give her name. Sad service very dissappointed.

I have been completely and throughly fed up with this restaurant. The last three times I've been told "its 25 minutes for white meat chicken" and then I try to order a chicken pot pie and I'm once again told "it's 30 minutes for a chicken pot pie." Sadly, the times I've been here and gotten chicken it's been great. But, sorry, enough! I cant keep trying to make your restaurant work. Also, your workers are rude and can't even say "Thanks."

Came today to eat lunch Oct 6, 2024 3pm. Ordered2 number 9 meal, 1 sandwich and my nuggets were undercooked, that was after waiting 10 minutes for our order, only part of my meal that was edible were my fries. Managment and staff of this store are unorganized, and trying to rush out orders, and clearly need to be reeducated on prior Cook temperatures and cook times. This is now the second time I’ve had undercooked food from this location. This will be my last and final time at this location.

I have ordered 6 piece meal with biscuits, corn and smashed potato. But they gave fries instead of smashed potato and corn. Chicken pieces were not well cooked, not crispy. it was full of oil and soggy. Waste of money.

The food taste is wonderful, but the portion has gone down and size over the years. Overall, the service is pretty good, but sometimes it leaves wanting more and it is a new restaurant, so that misphere is pretty good.
20 minutes at the drive through! "Managers" excuse. " I'm dealing with trainies" Doors locked that are fire doors. No wonder it was closed previously! Do NOT try it. Worth the fuel to drive to maumee or Central instead.

Don't order online! Went to pick up my order that was placed online only to be told they don't have my order! The doors were locked even though the sign said it was open to be locked go to the drive thru to be greeted by the most rude and snotty worker. I will never go back!
