Probably the worst service I've ever gotten here. Receipt says I was checked out by Dannea. Not sure if she was a manager or not but her uniform was all open to where we could see her chest along with hickey marks, (ew and unprofessional.) Most of the workers was out in the parking lot despite the business having over an hour before close. No tenders, no sauces such as KFC and honey, only got defensive or slightly professional when I said I was going to go to corporate. Seriously expect better service out in Holland, if I wanted Toledo service I would've gone to Toledo.

Called and spoke with management on how horrible my food was and looked and she hung up the phone on me and I tried calling back around 5:30pm no answer so u hung up on me on purpose after i complained about my food after i spent $17 I will never spend another dollar at this KFC chicken is burnt and taste like old grease and the biscuit is crumbled up! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE!!

We have had horrible experiences here multiple times, half of our stuff missing or replaced with random stuff…then the manager is rude and says there is no food to replace your messed up order…however the customer service person is always very nice and accommodating online

What is the point of closing at 10? People work nights y'know, and it just means that you get less customers. I didn't want to get taco bell instead, I wanted to get KFC, but you just closed, so you lost out on money. And I know it's not a franchise requirement when literally other KFC closes at 11 (which is still stupid. 12:00AM ia right there but whatever) so y'all have no reason. Good day

Stoped in on a Saturday at 5:45 and ordered extra Crispy…they weren’t sure they had. We got all our extra crispy which was the driest chicken we ever had! $40 for chicken we threw away!

When you’re already over spending for so-so fast food, it is especially off-putting to be treated like you are an annoyance to the girl in the drive thru. There was almost no one there, so I doubt it was a stressful situation. Makes me want to never go back. Came through just before 2pm Sunday, Oct 26, 2025.
I haven't been to a KFC for a few years. I was very disappointed in the service and customer service. The food was cold and only 1 person smiled and said hi. I wasted 11.00 for my meal. Im on a fixed income and dont get take out much. Won't go to this KFC again.

This KFC is always understaffed. I’ve been so many times and their systems are down or they are only taking cash. When they have been accepting orders, it’s often really slow service. I hope they hire more people!
