“Mcbroken” Toledo location Airport highway. It must be rocket science to keep the ice cream machine working. Today No shakes. Zero ice cream. Zero “I’m sorry”. It’s a broken record for years. Maumee location on Dussel is the same way “broken” constantly and I think they clean their machines early and it’s “broken” late evening. Joke. Customers are not that stupid to believe this constantly. I am 100 finished with incompetent McDonalds and wasted trips and time. We don’t go there a lot, but it sucks pretty much every time. In the future only Chick-fil-A or anywhere else for that matter. How about McDonald’s just removes all ice cream from its menus since it can’t provide?!?! It’s false advertising at this point!

They got our meal wrong and our drinks were wrong and when we got ice cream with nuts they weren't there

Grabbed a quick lunch to go on our way through. Everything was hot and tasted like you expect from McD's. Service was friendly and fast.
Very dirty food was cold no customer service at all.
