I went to McDonald's for the first time in years because my granddaughter wanted to play in the playspace. I was disappointed that they do not have any gluten-free options. They don't even serve salads anymore. I had a coffee. I won't be back.

If you go their after 11p no one comes to the window! Just left and went to Wendy's. Probably 1 person working. At least wendys keeps serving food and isn't ignoring the window! Smh!!

Live down the street, ordered a few times on a rush hungry, never gets anything right each time. Gave up on older fast food places but culvers across the street and chik fil a are always amazing for the same priced meals.

Buyer beware. Whether itâs the drive-thru or Door Dash etc, they never ever have gotten my order correct. Like they donât really care or something.

âMcbrokenâ Toledo location Airport highway. It must be rocket science to keep the ice cream machine working. Today No shakes. Zero ice cream. Zero âIâm sorryâ. Itâs a broken record for years. Maumee location on Dussel is the same way âbrokenâ constantly and I think they clean their machines early and itâs âbrokenâ late evening. Joke. Customers are not that stupid to believe this constantly. I am 100 finished with incompetent McDonalds and wasted trips and time. We donât go there a lot, but it sucks pretty much every time. In the future only Chick-fil-A or anywhere else for that matter. How about McDonaldâs just removes all ice cream from its menus since it canât provide?!?! Itâs false advertising at this point!
