I spend over $50 to have 2 subs to my place delivered. Last 3 times they forgot the $1.00 cups of extra cheese. I messaged the driver to grab it this time...fail... the people working should be letting the driver know. The first 2 times I ordered were awesome minus the extra cheese. The subs tonight were crap. The food is really good if you have the right cook otherwise its a waste of money.

Don’t expect great cheesesteak from an IHOP cook who probably hates getting these orders on top of the IHOP they already have to cook for. We were confused to find this is located in an IHOP, and further confused when eating the cheesesteak because… it’s like a McDonald’s cheeseburger. It’s a cheeseburger, but there’s zero soul, effort, or love put into it.

I was really excited to try this place, but i don’t think i’ve ever had such a sad experience with a cheesesteak sandwich. The onions weren’t caramelized, the cheese wasn’t melted, and the meat was actually pretty good; but the rest of the sandwich was just not enjoyable. You’d think paying 16$ for one sandwich with no drinks/sides anything extra (with delivery was like 20$ but that’s not on them) that at least the onions would be carmelized. I’m not sure if the cook was having a bad day or what; maybe i’ll try again in the future, but until then i’m just gunna go to walmart.

Rly disappointed ngl. First time I ordered here, I work in food service so I understand stuff is missed sometimes. But the chicken and fries were really dry, I ordered sauce with them and didn’t get anything and the lemonade I ordered I also didn’t get. It’s hard to miss a drink in to go orders. It was just rly dry and I didn’t enjoy it. Not worth my money.
