Never been to this location before. Stopped by for lunch recently. Sub was good, but the place was not clean at all. Staff didn’t seem like they cared to be there.

12:02 pm the 2 Gentlemen Mike an Travis were extremely nice they were nice to the older couple in front of me they were amazing truly made my day . Never no what anyone is going through and small acts of kindness just being nice and a smile go far God bless them .

Very slow service

Great sandwiches, friendly staff, but a little on the slow side. Seems like every time I order online, they don't start making it until after I arrive.

ordered online for a large order and not one sub was correct, no meat on one of the subs. 19 subs wrong,disappointed and our company orders alot from here but not any more.

I really feel bad for the employees that work here. The manager seems so unhappy with herself. She’s rude to customers & the employees. Idk if shes over worked & under paid but I literally just bought a sub and my appetite is wasted because she was so rude. They ALWAYS close early. She bosses everyone around like a slave. I see why they can’t keep employees. She talks to them with no respect. She always has an attitude when she’s working. It’s so sad to watch!!

I ordered a large BLT. They put the two smallest end slices of tomato I have ever seen on the sub. There was a small slice of tomato ripped in half in the middle under the lettus. Also, they are missing some seating. Poor quality of food and the staff seemed dismissive and inattentive. I would not recommend visiting this location.

Didn't have no meat on my food ask for cold I got hot my wife's food was drenched and some type of sauce or Greece the manager black lady named Ashley was rude and disrespectful no customer service she made the order wrong the cookies is horrible it had her bad energy all in the food that's why the food was wrong would not recommend she needs to be fired or suspended Ashley you need a reality check And learn customer service 😉

Ashley, presumably a supervisor or manager with the way she was speaking to the other employees, is very rude and short with customers. Very snappy and had a bad attitude. Customer service is awful around here.

I had a really disappointing experience at this Penn Station location. My food was completely wrong, and missing all the cold toppings, and when I brought it to their attention, the staff didn’t seem to care or make any real effort to fix it. The service was rushed and unfriendly, and it felt like I was more of an inconvenience than a customer. I’ve always liked Penn Station, but this visit really missed the mark. Definitely not the level of service or quality I expect.

Miss the old Manager of this location. Staff and food quality have seriously suffered since she's been gone. My wife and I have come in a few times in the past year and and the store was absolutely disgusting, the staff are rude, and the food was sub par to what we know it should be. We will be taking our money to Jersey Mike's from now on. They're not as good as Penn usually is, but at least they're consistent. If I could give 0 stars I would.
