We got take out. 3 subs. My reuben was absolutely shit.
I used to get a really good sub from this place years ago. But today's sub will make me think twice about coming back

Food is ok. Service is good. Place is kind of clean. Prices are high for what you get. Today the banks are closed and they wouldn't take a $50 on a $33 bill. That bill was for 2 people with there smallest sandwich large fry and 2 small drinks. This is barely cheaper than a good restaurant! JMO

Terrible. Found a hair in my food. No surprised because no one is wearing a hair net or even a hat. Absolutely gross. This place use to be a great place to eat with quality food and service. Went from a A+ to F-. It’s like whomever owns the franchise doesn’t care anymore or gave up.

I’m very disappointed with my experience at this Penn Station location and the lack of follow-up afterward.

On Monday, October 20 around 8:45 PM, the manager took our order, handled cash at the register, then put on gloves and began making our subs without washing or sanitizing her hands. That was concerning on its own.

Shortly after, another employee (John or Josh) came from the back to prepare fries and finish our sandwiches. While preparing our food, he ate a fry directly from his hand in plain sight and continued handling the order. At that point, I was completely disgusted and requested a refund.

I contacted management afterward. I was asked for my address so a coupon could be sent, which I provided on October 23. I never received the coupon and never received another response despite following up.

This experience showed a serious lack of food safety standards and accountability. Hygiene and basic customer follow-through should be non-negotiable in any food establishment.

Went there on Saturday for there at 1123 am . The staff kept the door locked and stared us down like it was funny . The people that work here are terrible they don’t want to serve anyone . The previous time I went to this location, I wanted to call in an order they wouldn’t answer the phone so I came into the store . Just to see , I called the establishments phone while I was sitting in there and witnessed the staff purposely pick up and hang up my phone call . More than once . Fire everyone. And start over .

The quality went way down hill and it breaks my hart this was my favorite place and the last few time me and my family got it we just are so disappointed like the frys are always short not even half full and they have forgotten whole subs and then want to act like u are scamming them smh I just miss how they used to take pride in quality and now its like u are bothering them

This is the worse Penn Station I have been to. The restaurant was extremely dirty; large amount of dust accumulated on the walls and ceilings. The floor was visibly greasy and slippery. The service was moving at a snails pace, several customers voiced their displeasure to the staff. The food was ok

Sandwich was ok, they had no French fries, nor where they attempting to make any, even though they had potatoes and a fryer, no attempt to make any, I was also never asked if I wanted a drink. Really use to love this place. Seems as though the staff could care less to serve you, much less work. The girl running the cash register was wearing big headphones, hard to communicate, when you can't hear me.
