Penn Station East Coast Subs

Worst service ever. Paid for my food then was told all the cooks walked out and could not get a refund. The employees must have been fighting because the Police showed up when I was walking about. Do not get food here ever.

Walk in the place and it has a haze of grease. The kid at the counter is not helpful at all. Finally try placing my order. I tell him the order twice only to then have to go over it again for a 3rd time. This is as I am looking behind the counter and seeing that it's pretty gross. I just left in frustration smelling like grease from the 3 minute ordeal.

My go to sandwich spot. Always fresh and tasty!

Tyvon is a solid dude. Helped me get a cheese steak and file my taxes when it's not even February yet. Honestly, in the top 3 Penn Station employees. Legends shall be told of him.

If you want a good sub and fries this is your place to be

Called well before close time and no answer despite dialing multiple times. Decided to just make the drive anyway and do an in restaurant order because I really wanted the food. Come to find upon arrival the restaurant was closed despite still being well within operating hours. Super big turn off considering customers like me are willing to spend money. I will not be returning to this location because of this terrible experience

It’s really dirty in here. I mean really bad. Flies flying around, food on the floor, and everything is covered with a dirt-grease concoction. The employees don’t ever wash their hands. Someone is going to get sick from this store. I would highly recommend not going here.

i was kinda rushed when ordering but they were nice.The fries taste alright but they were very oily, as for the buffalo chicken sandwich they advertise is not really worth it. When i sat the table it was very dirty not wipe off. Most of the counter were really sticky. I would only recommend to go here for the fries.

Absolutely awful. Ordered a Turkey bacon ranch and when I got home and unwrapped it, it only had ranch and avocado. And waited 40 mins for a 15 min carry out order.

Ice machine had black spots on it. Machine should be checked and cleaned out thoroughly

1st time ever trying the sub it was hot and good it has 2 pieces of hair in my sub, glad I opened it up to see... OMG please open your subs and inspect it and check for hair.

Place was dirty water was leaking from the machine and had the rug completely soaked and was slipping hazard the fries were mushy the atmosphere was hectic for no reason and you can tell it younger kids not doing the chores required to keep a clean efficient establishment

Ordered ahead online to make things faster only to get there and pay then watch as at least 4 other people Order have their meals made and handed to them, while my food was already done sitting on the oven, I gave this about 20 mins before I said anything to anyone. Got a half ass apology and no compensation for the poor treatment.
