Got a replacement pizza from the last time I came and this time it was perfection. Cheesy, garlicky goodness. And the lemon pepper wings were out of this world. I’d get them more if they were a little cheaper but for a treat they were fantastic.

First time ordering online at this location. Got a 5 topping specialty Pan pizza. It was ready in 15min like app said. It was hot, generous toppings through out and even got my light sauce perfectly??. It was decorated cute for holidays, seemed very clean & young man behind counter was friendly. Will definitely be back.

My family and I will not be returning to this location. My husband ordered our pizza in person and stressed to them light sauce and extra cheese on all four pizzas. EVERY TIME, they load it with sauce and don't put extra cheese. I thought their promise was a perfect pizza EVERY TIME. After it was delivered and my husband started dishing our kids up he noticed immediately all 4 pizzas were not made as ordered. He calls this location to tell them the order is wrong and they hang up on him. I tried to call back and they wouldn't answer so I use my husband phone the order isn't under and they answer. When I try to speak to them he hangs up again. If I could give no stars that is what this location would get. Terrible customer service. I wouldn't recommend wasting your money at this location.The name of the guy that likes to hang up on customers is James.

Found a hair in my food after eating the pizza. Definitely not my hair as we don't have hair as long as this. When we called to talk to the manager, they insisted that "the hair could be from the mushrooms" and offered us $5 off our next order. I found this unacceptable as the entire pizza is now contaminated in my eyes. The pizza can put you at risk for bacteria like staphylococcus - if the food handler had staph on their body, it could get into your system and cause illness. I hope this location is prepared for a visit from a health inspector.

Every time I order from this store, they either screw the order up, switch it to P/U even though I've asked for it to be delivered. Or, like last night, they charge my card twice. If it weren't for my daughter liking their pizza, I'd never order from PH again.

Man the wings were so tasty!!! I wish I purchased more! Pizza was hot and made just how I wanted it. A+ in my book. Appreciate the driver for leaving the food on top of the chair. I have covid and wanted to limit the interaction.
