I went to Starbucks airport and McCord and received excellent service from a barista named lex she helped me work through the starbucks app I couldn't navigate very well I recommend this location to all!!

We go to the holland airport highway location 2-3 times a week. The service is phenominal and I could never say anything bad about them. Except the last couple months are drinks are made watered down or missing ingredients. We got a peppermint mocha frapp and it was the lightest brown color. Tasted like water. Went to a different location and there’s was a rich brown and you could easily taste peppermint and mocha. Going to be taking a break from this location for a while.

I always bring my daughter to this Starbucks at least two maybe three times a week. Today my wife went in there with my daughter, and one of her friends (it is Thursday.) for the buy one get one free her friend brought three dollars and my wife only had a $50 bill on her. She ordered the drinks and went to go pay and the lady said they cannot break a $50 bill that’s all we had besides a little bit of change so my wife counted out the change that she had, and she was a 1.35 or $1.50 short the lady said sorry about that we can’t help you my wife asked there’s no way that you can break this 50 and the cash register girl said no there’s not. So they turned away my 11 year old daughter and her friend over $1.50 because they cannot break a $50 bill which there is no sign that says that they cannot take anything larger than a 20 or anything like that. I’m just saying it’s pretty sad that a company like that cannot come off $1.50 when they cannot break a $50 bill it was for two little kids and it like we were trying to get over on them and we spent probably $40-$50 a week like I said . Very sad. not to mention the dude was very rude. That was waiting on them. If you can’t have good customer interaction, then you should not be working the counter.

Is not open. People inside sweeping with big pink handwritten signs that they are closed. There are Starbucks employees sitting in the outdoor area enjoying Starbucks beverages, ignoring patrons that just walked up after we drove away.Starbucks needs to do better.

Terrible customer service. I was there over an hour before they closed for the night and no one would come out to the back. Waited for 10 minutes before giving up and leaving. Absolutely disappointed.

I've been a long time customer and let me tell you I just don't go for the coffee anymore but I go for the amazing employees and how awesome they treat me every time I go through.. Esther, Natalie, Brooke, Lex, Laura just to name a few are the best there is!! They are always friendly, coffee is always consistently wonderful.. So if you have the means.. This location is so choice ?

Everything was great except that the person who was cleaning up in the dining room swept over mine and my daughter's feet. My daughter had sandals on. No oops or sorry or even an excuse me. This was our first time dining in.. instead of just getting carry out.The woman who got our order was very nice and courteous.

I order a large matcha latte and they gave me a medium honest mistake so I asked for a large and they refused my card and I had to repay for a large. Then I looked at my drink and about 1/4 of it was just foam and I get matchas all the time and I know what it usually looks like and I’m not at all a complainer at I just wanted it remade and I asked my mom to go in for me. When she walked in and the manger looked at her and said what’s the problem and she said something about the foam and he said he made it himself and those are the right portions. Very rude about the whole situation I wasn’t trying to be difficult

This is my Starbucks! Shnnon and the crew know me by name and I love that they pay attention to their customers. It's a great feeling knowing that you matter and I'm a 'regular' and I like that personal greeting and chit chat while they are making my morning latte. Without Starbucks, my work could not deal with me. Thank you Shannon !!!!!

Crew not attentive or friendly. Seems to be the norm since covid. I would go to Starbucks daily for my coffee and the friendly barista's. Not feeling the love lately. I stand at the register several minutes without a single person saying anything and when they finally do its a monotone, why are you bothering me exchange.
